We’re a new business adding sublimation to our existing products we sell. My partner and I went up to Sublimation101 for a weekend Open House. Michael and the Crew were FANTASTIC! They were very gracious and opened their doors to all of us attending. Their place was ours for the weekend. If we had a questions on how to sublimate a product, Michael would run to the warehouse grab the product and actually produce it for us removing any doubt and questions. We’ve been operating for several months now and because of the advice and availability of Michael and his staff our startup has gone very well. I’ve owned a different business for 30+ years and adding this service has gone very smooth. Michael told us we can call anytime. He actually means it! We’ve spoken on weekends and evenings working through issues and it’s been a real life saver. I try not to abuse that service but it’s nice to know someone has your back when needed.

I have called them up numerous times about the online ordering system they use screwing up my orders. The quantities are often wrong and I am charged more because of the online system. I have compared the order form that is sent with the items and the online order form and they are two completely different things. I also get items that I either ordered previously or random items tacked onto the order and get charged for it. I had called up last week to let them know that my order was wrong and they told me to screen shot the order and email them it so they dont screw up my order or to call in my order. At this point I am not going to use this company for any of my ordering since they have been a continual disappointment. Keep clear of this company because they do not conduct fair business.

placed an order with sublimation101, upon receipt of my order some of the products that I ordered were not shipped, items that I ordered were incorrect. I was charged different rates of an item then what I ordered, and what was sent. I contacted customer service about this issue and was disregard as they have other people to assist. Customer service was very poor. I guess customer satisfaction is not their priority. I have emailed, and called several times regarding fixing or correction to my order but have yet to receive a response. Very poor customer service very poor. Update: Was recently contacted by Michael to correct the issue, I greatly appreciated the reaching out to better my experience.

I just got into Sublimation and unfortunately I didnt find Sublimation101 until after I bought most of my equipment. I found them on Facebook and I have to say they are amazing. I spoke with Michael Kaminsky from Sublimation101 who has helped me and walked me through using the equipment (again that I did not buy from him). I do buy my sublimation blanks from him and I bought my 3D Vacuum Press from him. To say that they are amazing in Customer Service is a true understatement. If you need anything whether it be equipment or blanks, I highly recommend Sublimation101! Their Customer Service is unbeatable (and their prices are fantastic) ! By far the best sublimation company out there. I have tried almost every single one. The owners go above and beyond the call of duty by answering calls at all hours. Also by giving to support to those who bought products at a competitors. The selection of products surpasses the rest. I wouldnt just recommend them to you but I would URGE you to try them out.

These guys are great. They spent so much time with me explaining how to use the machines, even on days when they werent open and I needed the assistance. When I recently sold out of mugs and reordered my order was filled and sent the same day, and was on my porch the following afternoon. Its hard to find companies that you can trust:) Thanks guys!

There is not another Sublimation and vinyl supplier like them in the tri state area. Mike and Martha go beyond any other company of any type to make sure you are happy.

Have worked with the owners for years! Followed Michael from another company until he and Martha Ray started their own. You wont find a more honest and helpful company. They answer calls all hours of the day and night and will work with you to correct any issues if you just ask. Always call!!

If I could give a half star I would. The constantly screw up orders and blame it on the customer. You will get the wrong quantities and be over charged for items placed. Beware of this place!
