I went running and I decided to go to 7/11 to get something refreshing and the man kicked me out I feal mortified because I was a regular person just comin in to get food and drinks I was disgusted with this behavior.A few days later I came in after I went running again and before I was even able to look way I wanted the man kicked me out for no reason I now hate walking into 7/11 and I tell ppl the story that happen I feal like it was humiliating and make me feal like I was doing something wrong wen I wasnt I feal like this would definitely make u loose bussiness I am pretty worked up and upset wen I told my mom Wat happened she said his guy was nasty to her too.i have been in other store that sell slurped and taste very good and they are so much nicer and they dont KICK ppl out as soon as a person walks in that was really mean and horrifying experience that I unfortunately had to experience I appreciate if u can do something about it and make it a more enjoyable experience.i feal like I just had you know

The guy was so mean And kicked me out... I had just went running and was rly hot and out of breath and wanted to buy a slurpee... I was roaming te aisles for a few minutes cuz a different family was getting... And the guy working there said "leave my store" I was rly angry and unimpressed! I still love 7 eleven put that worker was very mean... And I came back that Monday and as soon as I walked in he said why u always here LEAVE... Im astonished by this behavior!!! I have every right to walk into 7 eleven

I went there once on 7-11 when they give free Slurpies. They were very rude about it and didnt want to give them even though I was will to pay full price for them. I called 7-11 Corporate and they sent me coupons for free Slurpies which this location didnt even want to accept!! Another time, I had a friend who was passing by and really needed the restroom, which they didnt allow him to use. He ended up going outside by the bushes in the back and got a ticket from a police. True story.

My 3 yr old by mistake dropped his slurpee and the guy behind the counter wouldnt give me paper towels to clean it up until I waited till he was done checking out all the other customers. When he finally gave me, he gave me like 2 which I told him wasnt enough and he didnt answer. When I came back for more he made me wait again. Then he charged me for 2 slurpees!!! Never again! Id rather go to quick check

Today was free slupee day and the staff locked the doors. They said wait 15 minutes the machine is broken. Then they returned with a box full of only pina colada flavor. They said only flavor had. Then one yelled come back tomorrow and spend money. I was shocked at the comment. Especially if door locked and no one could enter to make a purchase. Staff pretty much shut the event day down two hours early.

Probably the only store which wont accept Promotional Slurpee coupons. Dont know of another store in the area which wont accept them. Overall lousy customer service and bad attitude.

No napkins no straws till after you pay. Always on their phone. I asked for a second straw they got so upset. I offered to pay for it. Still wouldnt give it. Grumpiest store ever

This place has probably the worst customer service of any 711. They dont give you napkins or straws until you checkout. A bunch of cheap and rude people. STAY AWAY!
