i ordered flowers online. called me a few minutes later. aked me why would i ordered online, and made me feel stupid about it because he was upset that I had to refund back because i did not read there website closely just because they cannot deliever 5 miles away from where I needed it to be delievered and was asking to charge me the extra for it. Had to cancel because i really didnt appreciate the tone he had.. Then when I asked him how long the return usually takes. He commented he does not know because everything has to be done through their end sounding like he is a police officer with all that paperwork. quote" now I have to go to all this BS" because of the return. I was willing to upgrade but with the service over the phone, I had to decline because I was worried about what will happen to the delivery and the look of the flowers if I had went through with that order.. then very bluntly questioned what I ordered. saying who am I trying to impress with what I chose. because he claims what I ordered was to small. I dont understand why he commented that. It really sounded like he had no confidence in his product. Honestly that was really messed up please dont treat your customers lie that. and to be honest it is entirely not his business to question that especially the way he presented it over the phone with the tone given.. I just ordered to a local florist online and they did not give me any problems at all.

I had placed an order for floral arrangements for my dear aunts wake and funeral. As I dont do ugly, I was advised to call Robert at AU Florist and I would not be disappointed. I wish other things in life were as easy as my experience in my dealings with him. Not only was it easy, he was meticulous in his arrangements! All I can say is I WAS BLOWN AWAY! Everyone who came to pay their respects commented on "my absolutely beautiful" choices! This wonderful woman, who only deserved the best, got the best. Nobody who saw those flowers forgot her services, I can guarantee that! For that reason alone, I will be forever grateful that I did business with Robert. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience.

I am beyond amazed at the wonderful job that Robert of AU Florist did on my Mothers flowers for her memorial service on 12/5/15. I called Robert to ask his opinion on the arrangements I was selecting and the choice of flowers I wanted in some of his existing arrangements that I saw on his website. He was happy to suggest alternative flowers and was very receptive to what I wanted to make my Mothers arrangements fantastic. They arrangements were delivered well before the service started and I and others were in awe when we saw them. I would highly recommend AU Florist.

Our school was having our annual winter concert. Our practice is to order a corsage for the vocal music instructor and a boutonniere for the instrumental music teacher. On the morning of the concert, it was brought to my attention that I had forgotten to order the flowers. At 9:20 I was on the phone with AU Florist on Main Street in Hackensack, NJ to explain (and whine) about my plight. By 10 a.m. that same morning I had both the corsage and boutonniere ready for presentation. AU Florist will always by my "go-to" for all of my floral needs. They are THE BEST!!

Ordered flowers last minute to surprise mom on her birthday! Little did we know it was snowing in Jersey! I was told the delivery wouldnt be able to head out the day I ordered them, which was fine. A couple hours later I receive an email stating the flowers I purchased were delivered! Needless to say mom was surprised and we were beyond happy! Great customer service!

Words cannot describe how wonderful they are!! My brother had an emergency since 1800 Flowers couldnt deliver and Robert saved the day! They only had about 2 hours to deliver before recipient left and they arrived on time - arrangement was beautiful! Such a wonderful staff an service is phenomenal. Definitely recommend them :)
