In the space of 8 weeks, I shipped about 50 boxes of varying sizes and weights, and had nothing but excellent service and a pleasant experience every time at the Fort Lee location. And different people waited on me each time. During that period I also had need to print and scan documents, and their personnel cheerfully and patiently showed me how to do it. This center also provides little niceties likes paper clips, scissors, pens, and a paper cutter. They live up to the "office" part of their name, as I was able to accomplish tasks I would otherwise need to do at my home office or work location. One suggestion for FedEx national, though: publish you prices! I was shocked that a package that was half the weight of a previous one was twice the cost to ship to the same address. Apparently, you are penalized if the length of your package is non-standard. But they wont tell you what the standards are. Instead, I was told to call ahead of time with the measurements of any proposed shipment and FedEx would then tell me how much it would cost. Uh...nope.

This place is the worst the gentleman by the name Edward has the worst customer service skills. He treated me like I was a child. Edward should understand that the people that go in to this business are consumers, and he should treat those consumers with respect and be polite just the same way i was with him. Politely i said hi and totally ignored me after he served me I wished him a great weekend and just ignored me. To the management of Fedex pls get this gentleman some customer service classes, he is dealing with human beings. Unfortunately i wont be using Fedex services in the future i will pay the extra $$ and do UPS or USPS.

This shop employees often refuse to accept have already wrapped parcel. Every time they always use different reason asked me to buy their boxes and charge me extra packing fee. But I take the same package to other fedex store, they dont have no such problems and just take my package. I think the staffs ( who working in fort lee fedex store ) are on strike or want to cheat us. their attitude bad.Sometimes counters also not seen anyone. FedEx company should be a good look into this store, and dont let these people just destroy goodwill.

Not so happy with the services. I asked for a carton box to packet something to ship. They chose a properly size carton box for my item and they packed it for me with out asked me if I wanted to, although I carried my own packing tape. Then, they charged me for the services of packing and for the carton box itself. It is not a money issue want I am complaining, is the fact that they did not ask me if I wanted the services for witch they charged around $10 (to put some tape in a box ???) with out asked me first.

Not quite sure where all the one star reviews are coming from, but I was in and out in 3 minutes on a Sunday. Walked in, received a cordial greeting from an employee, he scanned my prepaid label, handed me a receipt and thanked me for coming in. Done and done. Perhaps its new management or it was one employee generating all the negativity. Notes I dont really have occasion to go here save for when an e-tailer uses FedEx for free returns, so I cant confirm their shipping and printing knowledge.

Their CloudPrint machines do not work anymore. I dont know if this is Googles fault, or a bug in FedExs systems. But the staff who work at this store have no clue how to resolve these issues. Also, the printing in general is faulty on these machines. And this store is often understaffed, so you have to wait a while to get help. They are nice enough to print it for you manually if you say youre having trouble, though.

The woman who works there is a complete bafoon. She is unable to solve any problems. She wouldnt accept my phone as a media device even though i brought a cable, the plotter was broken so she was going to charge me more for a color print, she said they she couldnt work on it right away even though there was nobody in the store. Terrible experience there.

Run, dont walk away from this store. A man tried to up sell me on packaging materials on a prepaid drop. It would have been one thing if it ended after I said no but he went so far as to pop the air-pack I already had in the box- then pushed his fist through the top of the box after cutting the tape further compromising the packaging.

They works so bad in the store. They do not know how to serve the people who is in need. And also, their restroom is not allowed to the public even 4 years old boy. They just let us know that the CVS or somewhere else has the restroom which we already knew. Beautiful place, awesome location, very well equiped but the worst workers ever.

If you say you are opening up at 7 AM, you need to be open at 7 AM. You cant run a business, especially a business with services that are time sensitive like shipping and printing/scanning without being punctual. People are counting on you to be open when you say you are open.

this was the most frustrating experience I have ever had! Im switching to UPS! Service was beyond belief terrible. Long lines, and help not the least bit interested in moving it along. Complete ignoring of clients needs and time.
