It sometimes means going out of my way a bit, but it is worth it to come here since this location is one of the better UPS stores in the northern valley area. They answer all of my silly questions and help me choose the best shipping methods and prices for my small business. My friend also swears by them. Its also nice that they keep the place in great shape.

Dishonest. Called in before coming and assured me they wont charge me to tape the box closed. Once I got there they told me it will cost me $1 to tape the box closed. When I proceeded to tell him that I called in earlier about not being charged to tape the box, they tried to refund me 50 cents.
