I went in today to be fitted properly for a brassiere. Once entering the shop I was greeted and informed that Allyson would be assisting me. It has to be said that this establishment delivers stellar customer service. In some way it made the cost of the products worth it. I appreciate the determination she had to fit me properly and to ensure that I was satisfied with the fitting and the product. I believe that every woman needs to properly fitted for a brassiere. When you encounter a professional that has honed their craft and can assist women with proper brassiere fittings. That person has just done a wonderful service to womankind. Thank you Allyson for all of your customer service and advice. I will be returning in the near future.

I had an excellent experience shopping here. Goodbye Spanx! The owner, Susan, helped me find the perfect shaper for my special occasion dress. She was knowledgeable and very patient with me while I tried on several different options. I finally found something that gave me the look I wanted and is actually comfortable. I now SWEAR BY my new foundation garment and recommend this store to everyone. Im glad I found a store that offers one on one personal service that used to be the norm. The items are not cheap but they are quality and worth it!

I was so happy to discover Lingerie by Susan. It was recommended to me from a friend who has been going there for years and years.. I have a big chest and it was the first time I got fit by a real professional. It really made such a difference! Im so much more comfortable now...and less paranoid about my size too. I also bought a ton of stuff there for a friends bridal shower. It was a hit! Theyve got the elegant stuff and the fun things too.... Highly recommended!
