Jay Anns has a comfortable, homey, and laid-back vibe. It was a complete and welcome change for me from department stores or Victorias Secret. In addition to offering regular bra fittings, they have certified mastectomy fitters, and can make custom prostheses for breast cancer survivors. Sue at Jay Anns is the best! She measured me to find my correct size, and picked out perfect-fitting bras for me. Sue even introduced me to a different style of bra I had never considered before, and it was super comfy! Jay Anns has a wide range of bra styles to choose from, so there is something to suit everyone. I would highly recommend this shop!

Jay Ann Intimates is an amazing store. The employees are extremely nice and helpful and know exactly what theyre doing. I came in thinking I knew my bra size but I was completely wrong! I am always blown away by how great of a fitter Karen is. I request her every time I go in because she knows exactly what fits and supports me and what looks good. Last year I had a breast reduction to help with some back pain and everyone there was really supportive and was so glad to see I was comfortable after my recovery. I highly recommend Jay Ann. Theyre the best!

I went in for a strapless bra the woman took me in the room and measured me and said I will be right back then said to other woman I will help your cust can you go in and help Jo Ann , She came in and said what size are You n I said a 38D sometimes a 40 then she said you are a 44 and I said do u have a size that fits she said yes she made a face when she walked out and one of the workers and cust were out there and said good luck with that one. Very Rude will never go back thats all they had to say was I dont have your size .

Jay Ann Intimates is the place to go for lingerie, hosiery, and PJs. Unlike lingerie chains, department stores and on-line retailers, Jay Ann is staffed with people who are certified to fit breast cancer survivors with mastectomy bras. As an added bonus, they will also offer guidence and assistance when submitting the mastectomy bra receipts to health insurance carriers. The staff is wonderful. It has great quality bras at all price points. They sell undies from hanky panky thongs to big ole briefs.

I also know from friends that have used their mastectomy fitting services at the Huntingdon Valley, Fox Chase Cancer Center or at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania locations that they are compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient.

I recommend this place 100 percent!! I walked in and walked out with an amazing fitting bra for a good price. The owner is really nice and helpful! Her staff will answer any questions you have. I like this place much more than Victoria’s Secret!! Im definitely going back. Her selection is great. She has bras for the small girls and the large!!

Jay Ann Intimates has the best selection of bras and panties and the cutest jammies. I was very upset after my doctor told me I couldnt wear underwire bras anymore (TMI? sorry) and the staff helped me find the perfect bra -- and even special-ordered ones for me to try. Great place for gifts, too. Who cant use cute pajamas??? Love it!

There is nothing like the personal service you get at Jay Ann. Purchasing under garments used to be such a hassle. Being incorrectly fit and given unsatisfactory service made shopping for bras unpleasant to say the very least. Jay Ann has a wonderful display and has always provided me with first class service.

Nice people, but not helpful when it comes to fitting fuller busts. I was trying to find a good bra for under my wedding dress and after a few unsuccessful attempts, I was given the brush off. I know its not easy to fit a UK size 36H (US 36K), but I would expect better from a "professional" bra fitter.

I just left this lovely shop... the salesperson measured me, asked me a few questions and brought in 3 bras that fit like a glove! I only wanted one to try and there was no push from the girl to get more. excellent experience.
