What a hidden gem. I recently strolled into the pleasure chest on Walnut St and was greeted by a very kind and professional staff, they showed me many options and made it easy to choose, I’ve bin trying to find a few items in other stores and without visiting a hand full of them I wouldnt have bin able to walk away with my whole list. Very fare prices, lots to see, and a great one-stop shop. Its nice knowing there’s professionals that actually know what their talking about, thanks again.

The staff here is really chill and kind, there are lots of toys and things to choose from. Its a bit pricey but youre paying for having it in your hands right then and there lol. No creepy people that Ive seen and, Im not a stripper but damn theyve got everything a working girl could want! Cute costumes and shoes!

Went in today after a trip to the mutter museum just to browse and ended up leaving with a new crop. They have a small but very nice selection of higher end bdsm related toys instead of the chintzy stuff you typically find in adult stores. All the young ladies were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I love this place, I always used to pass by it and eventually just decided to bite the bullet and walk in to gander. The staff was so knowledgeable (and cute) I ended up leaving with products I didnt even know existed! If your in the market, I highly recommend visiting the pleasure chest.

Its the staff that makes this place. Do they have something for everyone? Yes definitely. ...but most importantly, a supportive, knowledgeable, and non-judgmental staff. I cant imagine why anyone would go anywhere else.

The staff is rude and unprofessional. Would not let us in because we were wearing green and we were not african american! They lost a big sale will never go there again. And I am reporting them to channel 29
