Granted i was there five minutes after opening and they were still getting organized for the day. I walked in to pick up something i had reserved online. I was greeted by the womens section is upstairs. I told her i was headed to the register. I passed two employees talking to each other. I waited by the register with no acknowledgement. Then after i walked back to the woman who greeted me and told her the name on my reservation. She went to find it then ran to me gave it to me and left when i was ready to pay. I waited again by the register until after several direct eye contacts i asked if i could check out. I understand that this was a very short encounter but I was the only customer in the store I wondered why I wasnt helped at all.

Attendant at the fitting room was great, brought additional sizes and styles. But their pants are made so cheaply now, everything seems to be a jegging style and the fabric is very thin, not like jeans at all. Even the regular skinny jeans are made from the new denim x fabric which is not flattering if you have any fat at all and wears out very quickly if your thighs touch. For all the ad campaigning about using real and unretouched models you would think they could make a long lasting and flattering pair of pants for a size 10 body.

My coworkers daughter dragged me in here and I was pretty darn impressed. The store is well maintained and easy to navigate with mens downstairs and ladies upstairs. Employees offer help without being overbearing. The clothing is geared toward preppy-ish high school and college kids so think jeans and puffer jackets. But the pricing is pretty reasonable with frequent promos. #Philly #Shopping

KNIGHT BLADE

The employees were extremely nice even through all the questions I asked them. Didnt seem annoyed from the 100 questions I had and also was really quick getting through with payment when I had 10 minutes to get out the store because of where I parked. Also this store has more clothing than all the other ae stores youd see in other malls. Definitely coming back here to shop again!

2 story store with a good assortment of their product & friendly staff. Its a popular location, so although the assortment holds most of their product, most of the popular sizes (2-8 for women) are usually not available.

Pam (I believe) was a wonderful help! She helped me pick out colors and styles I liked. She didnt hover nor follow me around, which I appreciate. I was able to take my time and enjoyed my shopping experience.
