Very disappointed. I was very happy to know that a 24/hr AutoZone was available a few minutes from my house, but I was turned away by an associate due to an "end of the day something" that would supposedly take at least 35 minutes. Couldnt quite understand what he said exactly, but I was not going to wait 35 minutes to purchase 2 items. My time is precious and the time it took to travel to and from the store is now gone. I have been a loyal AutoZone customer for years but am very unhappy with my experience today.

What you need to know... 24hrs, Tons of Reasonably proced Parts/Products, and Clean appearance along with Shelves (no gaps) I ended up driving 45min to get here and didnt want to leave... Seeing how all the auto stores by me dont even rate a comparison!!! I went in expecting the worst and came out knowing Id be back! If youre like me... And cant ever find the product you need than I suggest stopping by its more than worth it!

Horrible Auto Zone in East Brunswick. The most incompetent, useless, disorganized Auto Zone I have ever visited..Terrible experience ..will never return here again. Been shopping at Auto Zone for 30 plus years and never saw such rude, uneducated, and useless staff..wait just to buy an item is enough to make you not come back..should have walked out when another customer did...oh well wont be returning.

Stopped in to purchase a headlight, priced very inexpensively. Associates were very friendly and helpful. Cashier Leonardo Davis, was beyond helpful! Leonardo actually installed the headlight for me, despite the cold winds. Hes a TREMENDOUS ASSET to the location as well as the company. I couldnt thank him enough !

Called to ask a simple question, was immediately placed on hold without being given a chance to speak. 15 minutes later they answer and the person could not answer my simple question. I was put on hold for another 20 minutes before hanging up. I will never shop here worst customer service ever

Open 24 hours, the staff was also nice. I had ordered a part and drove 2 hours to get it. The guy who answered the phone made sure he had my part in his hand and called me back to confirm it was in stock.

Customer service still lives here!!!! Dealt with 2 of the managers Randi and Jackie and they were awesome. So helpful, friendly, and paitent. They saved my car and possibly my job lol. Thanks Autozone!!!

This is a good AutoZone, its very clean and well stocked. The staff was very helpful. It laid out in a typical manner. I dont use auto parts stores very often so this was a pleasant experience.
