The worst customer service I have ever experienced!! No one knows absolutely anything every time I called for a status update i was told different information! Their "manager" Al is the worst, after trying to help a frustrated customer, being the "manager" your job is to resolve the issue! Yet he threatened to cancel my order if I called back and he also told me that its my fault why I was reciving different information. He spoke to me in a very rude tone and my only concern was when my order will be delivered because its very time sensitive since I was not recieving any form of information. This has to be the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with!!!! If you want terrible customer service THIS IS THE PLACE!! THEY ARE BEYOND THE WOST!!!

Great experience with Heavenly Treasures ! They are one of the very few N.A. companies that import Italian charms. I ordered 3, and while the order was very long coming (over 3 months), they warned ahead of time shipments from Italy were sporadic, and it may take some time - so good job managing expectations ! Any inquiries I made via the toll free # were answered promptly and the lady at Customer Service was unfailingly helpful and polite. Her Southern accent with kind of rad too. :) Love my new charms. Will order from H.T. again.

Awesome pair of earrings came quickly. I ordered them on a Thursday and they came the next day. I ordered Hersheys kiss earrings and will buy from them the rest of the set. Cant wait to save enough for the necklace and bracelet. I would and will be coming back to Heavenly Treasures. They have great customer service as I called before ordering to make sure it was a real company. They answered promptly and offered to assist me in any way possible. Great company. Will be back.

Most horrible experience !!!!!!! the customer service is the worst there they are no help at all, really rude and irresponsible ... their service for shipping or tracking your item is as horrible as they are, they have no clue what they are doing at all or where your item is at they even lie to you about you item so bad !!!! All in all i will never shop here ever again and im about to cancel my order as it is and i highly advise you please dont and or never shop here.

I have made 3 purchases since June 2, 2014. Their prices are great and customer service even more so. They shipped out a bracelet when I realized I should have ordered a smaller size. I called to let them know and they were happy to give me an exchange - no problem. They sent me a prepaid RMA and I am looking forward to receiving the replacement. I am 100% satisfied and will continue buy from them when the need arises. I would highly recommend them.

Didnt tell me my items were out of stock until 2 days after I placed my order. These were a christmas gift. I didnt hear about it again until a month later when they shipped. Im not impressed.
