Very nice, nice people, and pricewise they were great, but was disappointed with the quality of service for what I wanted. I gave them a very detailed Christmas card list that I have maintained for over 10 years. After a month I learned that they lost theit list, which included address changes, new friends, etc. Actually they never bothered to keep my info on their computer (its been a month), and in this computer age it is unforgivable. I wish them the best, but hope I will never find myself in the position to have to use them again. Good Luck!

I love Paper Trail! There isnt a single thing in that store that I wouldnt like to have in my own home. A great place to buy gifts for people who appreciate functional items with pizzazz.
