This auto parts store is a local gem. Even though it is a national chain, you will receive service normally associated with a small independent establishment. A large variety of auto parts and needs are available. If it needs to be ordered, it is usually next day service. Access and parking are ample, and easy to notice from traffic. The store is well laid out and clean. The service people are helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. They often go above and beyond to assist customers.

For a car place they barley have any part I need for my vehicle bout 80% of the time even the simplest part has to be special order cus they dont have it. There is some workers who are great n others are rude but they have more good workers than bad. I also really like they are very willing to let u borrow tool if u need them Id give them a better reference but because they never have any parts not even 1 of most common parts I cant rate better.

Most of the time I get stuck with a guy who is completely useless to me, although the management is great. This time the guy told me my car was too new to scan Check Engine Light, left me confused what to do and just stared at me until l left. Went to AutoZone 1 mile up the road, they came right out scanned my car and sold me over $100 in parts that I needed. Id rather go to Advance but now im checking AutoZone first for now on.

Had a battery emergency, and received some good advice, though once I got home we did eventually price that the battery was causing problems, but it was hard to diagnose and not what I wanted to deal with while traveling. I wasnt taken advantage of, which is always a concern when traveling out of town.
