I started going to advanced for all my car needs because I was tired of Auto Zones bad service, their service this time around was horrific. I had to go back three times and each time was met with horrible service. The first time I went I was buying a part I needed and as this poor woman who was helping me was trying to enter my info into the computer this other women associate with blond hair and a buzz cut just comes up beside her and starts trying to strike up a conversation with her and this blond woman was just strait out talking into her ear completely ignoring the fact this poor associate was not only working with a customer but trying to recite the phone number I was giving her so it was right in the computer. The second time I went this tall skinny guy I think he was native american or latino was the associate I was working with and he had no clue what he was doing and when I asked about some extra parts I needed he just pointed me into the isle and let me have at it not even bothering to try and help. The Third time I went some middle aged guy just told me I could get the part I needed at a different store for cheap before even looking into the computer to find out if they even HAD the part. After this I just went to Napa and they were so helpful in comparison, I told them my project and they made sure to ask if I had this part and that part to make sure I had everything I needed. Advanced is a lot better than auto zone, but some of the employees here give the least amount of effort possible or even strait out ignore you. Go to Napa

Not so happy with last service here..I called ahead and got 2 front rotors and break pads for my truck..once I arrived I asked if they were for the right type of explorer I have and the guy looked and said no actually, and he got "the right ones" I brought them to the auto shop to have them done. They called and told me they gave me the wrong ones!! So they had to exchange them..there was a price difference by $25 total and they never gave me the difference. ..That in my book is NOT good service :( but the price was reasonable. so they get 3 stars.

Very bad experience with this store, special with the manager of this store. I bought a parts from them , with lifetime warranty on it, and when i came to exchange the parts in couple of weeks he refused to exchange the parts. Explaining to me that the parts should lost in a year, not a month. Disrespectful. Avoid. AutoZone across the street..

Its an advance auto parts. If youve been to one youve been to them all, just this one is in Westfield. And is next to a Starbucks. Service is generally quick and friendly. I always order online so I can use their coupons.

Usually great for online pickup. Then you usually know you have the right part. Sometime the resister can get get a little backed up but the staff is overall nice
