I really want to say how much of a help Lynn was today with getting me squared away with parts. She was newer to dealing with parts and said she is usually in the office, but she saw the wait and wanted to get me moving. I did not have a short or easy list of parts I needed but she kept up and when she didnt have an answer for a question of mine, rather than guess she promptly got the right answer from someone who had it. I can honestly say that with how long my list was, Lynn still got me in and out of there faster than usual, with the distraction of the front windows of the store being torn out for replacement and all. Hopefully she is appreciated there, thanks again Lynn.

I was traveling a long distance and at my last full service fueling, the gas cap was replaced, but broken. I realized it much later on my trip. In an unfamiliar area, I called in on a Sunday to this store and the person was so helpful (I think his name was Matt). They not only reserved the part for me but helped put it on (and get the old one off). Amazing how a small thing can be so crucial to your journey. I rate them A-plus for customer satisfaction!

Todd Is completely useless, he gave me the wrong part 3 times and even looked at it and compared it to the part i brought in and he still sold me the wrong part. The time before my last visit he added something to my purchase that i didnt even buy and had to go back to recieve a credit. Other than him this is an alright place which is the only reason i gave it 2 stars and not 1.

Nice employees, but I am out $$$$ I originally spent at another NAPA store because of this store. it is not their "policy" to give you that difference that you paid vs what they charge for the same parts when returning items. I was never told his and now am painfully aware of this. NEVER going to a NAPA store again!

This is the best Napa in the area you can go to because it is the warehouse for all the local Napas. The prices are usually much cheaper than the stores but they will have more of a selection. For the most part they should have anything you need in stock if not they can order it for you if they need to.

Huge Napa Distribution Center with a storefront almost always have what youre looking for and knowledgeable staff set back off of Newfield Street a little bit and looks more like a warehouse than a store but when you go in they have everything highly recommended

Horrid lines. Standing at part counter to check out. No one just running a register for ppl buying a shelf item. Oil is twice the price as buying it on amazon by the way. Amazon sells same oil for $22 shipped as napa for $44. Unacceptable.
