Understaffed. Absolutely despicable customer service. I asked an employee to look up which atf I needed for my vehical. Employee said he tried and couldent find any information. I bought 50 dollars worth of the wrong thing which I will be returning. Your customer service is horrible and I wont be patronizing the store ever again. I went down the street to Napa and they looked up the right fluid and suggested I might also buy a filter and gasket kit for the fluid change. Your employees could have sold me the proper fluid and the additional part I needed and you would have had a satisfied customer. Auto parts stores are supposed to help the customer in finding parts. You guys dont and you made my day a lot harder. Thanks!

Today I stopped in to buy 30 +$ worth of stuff to redeem a 7 $ off coupon. When up at the register the man behind the counter tells me its an online offer only as I point to the sign that says in store offer at the counter. He reluctantly scans the coupon and it only takes 3$ off so I say its 4 $ short. He abruptly says dont argue with me and I just had to laugh a little as to how defensive he acted so quickly. I then adk are you going to honor the coupon he says no so I push the basket forward and leave the store . All this takes place while holding my 2 yr old son. Just wondering if customer service is lost everywhere now.

Couldnt say enough about this AutoZone compared to the AutoZone on Wethersfield Ave in Hartford it puts it to shame the staff here are extremely confident know what theyre talking about very friendly and will go out of their way to help you theyve even fixed warranty the other stores dropped the ball on I go out of my way to go to this AutoZone
