I placed an order for Sr shoulder pads through your website I was in the page for the Sr pads and clicked all the links there. For some reason the order went through as a Jr pad. I was very careful to make sure i did no order the smaller pads. I don’t know why it happened but I got the wrong pads. When I contacted customer service I was told I can get a refund and would have to re order the pads and pay for the shipping. I don’t feel I should have to pay for shipping the pads back and reorder the pads. A simple swap would have worked for me. I will return the pads today at my expense but I don’t plan on re ordering a replacement or anything else from you. Your website says great customer service, this is not a good example of good customer service. Well I returned the item at my expense and got my credit for $22.49. I paid $28.85. So with the cost to ship the item back $15.87 and the $6.36 that they didnt credit back it cost me $22.23 for a set of pads I couldnt use.

Monkey Sports is hands down the best retailer we have dealt with since they came into the New England area. Recently there were technical issues with our sons goalie chest protector. He being up there and I being down in RI, along with a very short window for him to get what he needed done, the staff at the Derry store (Brian especially) had everything ready for when he walked in the door, got him fixed and back out the door. They communicated with me the whole time and did not try to sell me anything or our son when in store. Needless to say I will be purchasing some of the items he needs there today when I make the trip up. Thank guys, awesome work!!!! Competition for the Norwood, MA store which also has awesome customer service, I just wont have to pay a tax :)

Sales reps are really good people, all enthusiastic about their jobs and knowledge. Unfortunately when you have an issue, you had better save your receipt because youll simply get a corporate response from a manager. I bought defective equipment that wasnt even worth much, but something that I would have expected to get a replacement or at least a discount as it was clearly only lightly used. The response I got was to take it up with the vendor. Thanks for standing by your garbage.

Tried to return a pair of hockey pants I ordered online they were the wrong size they did not want to look up receipt on their computer. Had two pairs of skates sharpened there and both times the edges were horrible
