Busy Thursday evening. Only three registers open and the older woman who was trying to open another register to cash customers out kept getting the bad luck of the draw and we went to two different lanes where the computers were frozen and not operating and apparently needed a lengthy reboot according to the manager on duty who seemed be delegating rather than helping customers. Minor inconvenience, but I think Hannafords needs to be a bit more consistent with their prices and quality. I personally go to Hannafords to shop for certain things, where as everything else is cheaper/better quality at market basket. I have to say it is better than Shaws though

Very clean store and all of the staff are polite. However, the prices just seem to keep going up. I dont mind paying additional $$$ for a good product. However, their is legit minimum comparison between here and the other 2 markets within driving distance. One of the only major pros is the online curbside to go. Its handy as two working parents with lil one.s But they dont honor coupons on Sunday ( apparently that when the new flyer comes out). One thing we love is that they offer local fruit and veggies. This is a huge plus as we like providing money to local vendors if possible.

Hannaford has gone down hill just about Everytime I go in. I told the produce workers, 4 of them about all of their moldy avacodos and they stared at me and said nothing. They didnt take care of it till I left because I kept checking back throughout my shopping trip. I also found a stand that had some avacodos hanging from it and I went to look at them and they fell apart in my hand they were so rotten. At this point I told the customer service desk and they didnt seem to care either. I was disgusted with this. Especially after going through 4 bags of bad chicken in 3 days.

We shop mainly the outer perimeter of this store, and theres way too much shifting of products, no consistency. Products that we buy are constantly being dropped. We usually end up going to three different markets to find what we need. If Hannaford offered Shaws selection at Market Basket prices Id do all my shopping there. Every time we shop, the cashier diligently asked if we found everything we need, I dont even tell them anymore. Weve filled out the requests, but nothing ever changes.

I will never understand the Granite States unhealthy obsession with Market Market basket. Hannaford is the only grocery store for me, avoiding the high prices and membership nonsense of Shaws and the lackluster Market Basket. Hannaford has the best produce, a sensible layout, great ready-to-go meals, their pre-order service, excellent prices even without sales and membership cards, and their private label stuff is mostly very good.

The people that work are fantastic..my only issue is they constantly change what items they carry making it very hard! It seems like every week they stop having another regular item I buy.. coffee brands.granola cereal..granola bags for yogurt. Marinades..frozen food items..and its not that they are temporarily out of it..they just stopped ordering it. If it continues I will have to shop somewhere more dependable

Service, cleanliness, quality variety and well stocked. Yes it does cost a bit more,but Ill pay more for all the above! For awhile I really had to stretch my pennies and shopped at Walmart. It was awful! Honestly when items are on sale here at Hannaford its more than a bargain. The quality of the produce here is the best. Couldnt be happier to be shopping here again.

Clean, pleasant, but inadequate selection in the produce department and lousy bakery causes me to shop at Market Basket which at least usually has everything Im looking for. Also, fish dept closes very early. Prices are mostly reasonable. Best health food and gluten free selection in a mainstream grocery store in town.

Hannaford is clean, well-stocked, and has great prices and service to match. They do have an expanded selection of items that area competitors do not otherwise offer. They have a service called Hannaford to Go in which you can order your groceries online and have them brought to your car.

This Hannaford is well-stocked and clean. Its a great place to make weekly grocery trips for fresh stuff and whatnot, especially with organic items. The only reason for four stars is some of the staff are kind of short when you have to interact with them, like deli and meat counters.

Hannaford is the best grocery store in town. It has reasonable prices (higher than Market Basket, lower than Shaws) and it has a clean well organized atmosphere (better than Market Basket, worse than Shaws). Therefore it is the best middle ground in Concord.

I love this store. The employees and management are very helpful, theres a great selection and I especially like the large selection of bakery and deli items, and huge produce section. Hot food available, too. This is probably the best supermarket in Concord.

A bit pricier than other grocery stores in town, but the quality is great. The seafood and meat counters are the best in town. Good selection of organic and local products.
