Is it ever open??? The menu looks yummy and for 4 weeks now I have been very excited to go there. I can only allow myself to indulge once a week, which happens on Saturdays. So for 4 Saturdays in the row I have tried to visit your location. It was closed every time. Today I called to make sure that the store closes at 10 pm. I came over at 8pm and the store was shut down. There was a sign "be back in 5". 30 min. Later there was no one there still. So I am wondering when are you actually open? Because I do want to visit and try your product. Also why do emploees feel the need to close down the shop? Do you not have restrooms there? Do all your employees take lunch at the same time? Do they really need to leave the establishment? Because in my experience unless its an emergency, you never close down the store. And this is literally happening every Saturday now. By the way there were 6 other women waiting for the employee to return. So you lost 8 customers today because your employee took it upon him/herself to leave.

BEWARE Daughter went with her best friend to enjoy a dole whip. She decided to get me my favorite ice cream, at the moment.....circus cookie. She ended getting a pint which I almost choked at what she paid. Yes its thriftys ice cream but they over charge for it. Especially when I get the same ice cream at a gas station up the street for half the price. When I went to eat it it had a old taste like its been sitting plus these nasty gooey clumps which is not part of this ice cream. Never had this problem from the other place I go. Bad experience.

With the Las Vegas heat this place is such a great treat. Location is in a nice shopping plaza with lots of parking. The dole whip is just like how it is in Disneyland minus the super long lines . They serve a variety of flavors for the dole soft serve items. They also carry dip n dots, thrifty ice cream and assorted crepes to order. Only thing that went wrong was my pineapple spear, I did not realize that I did not get one till after I was finished . Other than that super chill place to hang out .

I came in and waited in line behind two teenage girls. The teenage girl behind the counter was more concerned with friends that were hanging out in the back than helping customers. She helped the teenage girls. After acknowledging me as a customer she excused herself to go into the back. She stayed in the back to see friends. Even after the friends left the employee stayed in the back. I ended up leaving and the guy behind me in line ended up leaving.

This place is probably the best desert place in town. Indulge in the great flavors of their awesome tasting flavors of soft serve ice cream, without the guilt of all the calories. Awesome customer service! Wide range of selections on what they carry in the store. You wanna be healthy, eat healthy. You wanna be bad, be bad! Awesome customer service. The owners know you by name by the second time there. Love it !

The service was real bad.. not once did I see the 2 girls behind counter wash there hands after serving and handling the money.. argued with my mother and I , cause they over charged us.. and for place like this to serve frozen yogurts etc was pretty much out of alot of stuff.. we will not be returning there

Awesome place!!!!!! The dole whip was absolutely fantastic!! There was a small wait, but completely worth it!! GREAT way to beat the heat. Will definitely be coming back, many times

Got good vegan ice cream soft serve. The positions have gotten smaller over the years and sometimes inconsistent but its still good. Just glad there is vegan soft serve somewhere!!

Portions arent nearly what they used to be. They look like they are, but its a shell of swirl with nothing in the middle. Still, Dole Whip is awesome.

Real Dole soft serve, fruits and juices are used here so authentic is the word. They also have thrifty ice cream for other treats!
