Got food from here, went home, dropped EVERYTHING, including drinks, on to the floor.. I already had a bad night, so by the time I drove back and spoke to the manager on duty, I was bawling to her and apologizing because I knew me spilling everything was definitely not their fault.. The sweet manger comforted me and sent me the fresher version of everything that had spilled. The other employee that brought my food also wished me a better night.. Everyone was so sweet and caring and turned my horrible evening completely around! Thank you guys! I apologize I didnt get your names!! ;;((

I like the fact that Sonic is always offering good deals. Their best offer is the 1/2 off of ice cream shakes and malts. However, most of the time the shakes are too runny. I always ask for extra thick shakes and malts, but I dont think theyve ever been "thick". By the time I get home in 7 minutes (yes, in an A/C filled car- no heat), I have to put it back in the freezer, for 2 hours. Even when I start eating it in the car, (yes I dont wanna drink it thru a straw, I want it like ice cream), it is still very runny. I hope they will make them better next time.

If there was a option to give negative stars I would! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The girl who took our order was rude and had an attitude the entire time! When the shift manager came out to give us our refund (because our entire order was wrong) we simply asked the name of the girl who took our order. She stated that she didnt know and wouldnt be able find out because "they wont rat each other out" WTF?!?! What kind of business lets their employees get away with that?!?! How are they getting away with this?? AVOID. THIS. SONIC.

Horrible service!!!! Went there to get 3 shakes and a pop, they were busy like usual but only had 2 car hops working. When they finally brought out our shakes they werent filled all the way and the whip cream had already melted they werent mixed. They messed up the order, spoke to an employee and they only fixed one drink!!!! Didnt care the shakes had been sitting out for who knows how long. So needless to say when we got home the shakes were completely crap!!! Never going back to that location again!

REMEMBER: The delivery waiters work for tips!. Like the service, tip your waiter. Great place to stop and park for a bite to eat. Has a park right next door for the little ones to be entertained. Delivery on skates is awesome. Not drive thru yet. Happy hour prices are unbeatable especially the after 8pm half off regular shakes. Great food. Great customer service. Quick service. Food prep and accuracy is great.

Absolutely horrible food. My mozzarella sticks were still cold inside, and came with no requested marinara sauce. Also, there was nothing GRILLED about my GRILLED cheese sandwich; in fact, it should have been called a cold cheese sandwich. Additionally, I try to call the only number I could find and the phone was endlessly busy. Good luck with this crappy location!

Not only did it take a very long time to get our food but 4 out of our 6 orders were messed up! We are missing 3 items we paid for, my kids requested cheese and ketchup only on their burgers and they were made win everything on them! The wrong size shakes were given and when I try to call to speak to you about it, no one answers the phone!

Normally good food... but, they dont have hours posted and you cant find them on the door or on the site. 6am and the manager isnt even there yet... how are you going to get any biz if you server breakfast but not open for it... POST YOUR HOURS ON DOORS AND SITE! Just lost a lot of money!

Ok place. No drive-through, just park and order for this restaurant. Service was good and the delivery guy was wearing skates which is rather uncommon now a days. Food came quickly and was of average taste. Area is a little dirty, not sure if it was due to construction on the street.

Sonic has the BEST iced tea in the world! I love the Route 44 size and it is a bargain during happy hour in the after noon, half price. Just be patient. Sonic is not a fast food place. It takes a while to get your order. Well worth the wait!

This sonic location was so helpful. I called to see if the chilli had pork and well he put me on hold and then re assured me it does not have pork it only had beef. Cool cool . They did not tell me idk like other places!

I got there a few minutes before happy hour, so I asked them to let me know when it was happy hour, because hey, whats 5 minutes? I wait there 20 minutes before I had left. Such a waste of my time.

Classic Sonic styled eatery. Pretty quiet, upcoming area of old Avondale with quick service. I stopped for a glass of water but was treated like I bought a whole family meal. Great service!!
