At Nami specifically, the food is great for breakfast or brunch. Its delicious really. However, the service is absolutely horrible. My friends and I call it "hipster service". When its busy there is a line out the door with only one register, they dont allow you to pick up your to-go order and leave (you have to wait in the line), and I personally have ordered and watched 3-4 groups, yes groups, of people get their order before mine. Once they took my order and didnt even enter it in (and they did it to another family I watched as I was waiting for a second time for my order)! When its not busy at all, you will see employees standing around chatting instead of just getting you your order so you can move on to other things. When they decide to get to it, its like watching a snail race there is no urgency whatsoever. This is hipster service and it is the reason I no longer bother with Nami. Green is still great though!

Their ice cream is amazing and I havent had a chance to try the rest of their food or coffee but I probably will not return. There was a couple in front me whom the brunette lady with the glasses working the register was more than happy to talk to and answer questions and then as soon as my friend and I walk up, the smile disappears and its "do you know what you want yet"...uh yeah Ive been standing here for almost 10 mins but hey,f**k me right? Give my order and its a very cold "thank you". When my name is called to get my order, the same girl goes "oh, there you are, have a good night" with SUUUCH an attitude. I just felt like I wasnt welcome there AT ALL and from reading a previous post, this has happened before. I bartend and serve so I was extremely taken aback by the lack of decent customer service, because I thought being nice to your customers was a standard thing but I suppose not.

Delicious vegan soft serve ice cream! They also serve pastries ranging from cookies to cakes. Their cupcakes are probably the best vegan cupcakes Ive ever had! Their vegan cakes and cupcakes are perfect for events with both vegan and non-vegan guests. My former co-workers ordered cupcakes for my last day in the office and both the vegans and non-vegans were blown away by how good they were. To top it all off, Nami has the friendliest employees ever! Its always a treat visiting Nami, and not just because of the sweets!

Similar experience to a lot of others here. The girl working the register was super nice to everyone else but really short with me. She seemed annoyed I clarified what kind of coffee and what size my bf wanted. We waited for 15 minutes, while the girls stood around talking, till the finally asked if we had gotten our drinks and when we finally got those I had to remind them I got a pastry too. Coffee was nothing to write home about. Such a shame cause green is amazing but Nami lacks customer service.

I just tried Nami and I am so very impressed! The employees were friendly and the place was clean and ITS ALL VEGAN! Definitely a vegan paradise! I got the Blackout Cupcake and I have to say its one of the best cupcakes Ive bad in years! Id say it was even better than Sprinkles Cupcakes. The complimentary strawberry water when you first walk in was a very nice touch, as well. :) If youre in Phoenix, even for a day, you must try Nami!

Biggest shout out of ALL TIME??? Four-time Olympic Gold Medalist Diana Taurasi just said (on FOX10) the first place she is going to when she comes back from Rio is NAMI on Seventh Street for a Big Whack (or three). Ive never been here, but will definitely be in soon. Being a Certified Holistic Health Coach, its hard to find health-conscious food. Im very excited to come, and most likely become a regular. Thanks Diana!

What can I say, but this place is terrific! After eating a wonderful meal at "Green" I stopped in here. Vegetarian ice cream for the masses. Their specials kind of remind me a good blizzard for dq. They mix in a bunch of stuff for a truly unique creation. They also serve pastries that are out of this world. I highly recommend the peanut butter bars. I would definitely be returning to try their Donuts.

Great place... wife and I shared the Conethugs and Carmony, basically a chocolate shake with a few ingredients in it...out of this world good.... no dairy, no lactose.... its heaven... Will be going back to try different items. Parking is limited. The Green restaurant next door is also owned by the same.... I will be tryn that one soon as well.... and its all in my neighborhood.

So very thankful that brunch is an option here now. Obviously, I could write a novel about their amazing pastries and soft serve. Everything is absolutely delicious and there are plenty of options for those with food allergies. Located directly next to quite possibly one of my favorite vegan restaurants (Green). Love is Nami and Nami is love. I absolutely love the Fluffernutter!

Best soft-serve in town, hands-down. Many other desserts are also delicious (smores brownies!) IF you happen to get them fresh. Service variable depending on who is working. Pricing unclear & inconsistent (some items are taxed, others tax-included, for example). There are some beautiful design aspects, especially the concrete work. Can be extremely loud inside when busy.

BEST VEGAN DESSERT PLACE. Everything is amazing and a little pricey but not too bad. The staff is always super nice to me and even went out of their way one time to mix peanut butter into one of their desserts cuz I "had to try it!" Needless to say, it was godly and I wish they were open 24/7 so I could slowly get to be 600lbs from eating there all the time.

Living and being vegan in Salt Lake City I get spoiled. Theres quite a few options here and fairly sparse abroad. My girlfriend told me about Nami and I knew we had to go. I picked up their banana cream pie Tsoynami and I couldnt have been happier! My girlfriend, omnivore, was impressed with the quality of their product. I cant wait to go back!

My favorite place to get cruelty-free pastries, donuts, soft serve ice cream, or any other yummy delight. Their Sunday brunch is to DIE for, and beats any non-vegan food in existence. Im not exaggerating either, this place is a game-changer for everyones taste buds. And not only that, the service is fantastic and the servers are always super friendly.

Came in 8/30 for brunch. I get to the counter at 8:55am and the young lady tells me that she cannot take a brunch order until closer to 9... 8:56... ... ... I let a couple cut me in line to order donuts. 8:57am - "okay sir Ill take your order now." Also the phone line is always busy. GREEN next door rocks! Owned by the same guy.

The food is excellent (: I ordered the breakfast rancheros..soooo yummy (: the enchilada plate is also very good (: if you shy away from vegan food because youre worried it will taste like a block of tofu- you need not worry here. I would say that this place is in my top 3 favorite vegan/vegetarian restaurants in Arizona
