What up with their music selection...if you like it then you belong! If your looking for a place to do some work this is not the place because of the obnoxious music and the poor build out. If your looking for a place to meet friends go next door to Cold Stone or one of the Pubs nearby. In the future if Im out this way and need to upload work files, Ill just go home. I can pass this one up and make my own coffee instead of subjecting myself to this music. I was going to get a Blueberry muffin but there was a fly in the case..:(

I just felt that if I posted this change may happen. Dirty restrooms, dirty eating area and an employee boating about eating while working-the food was in her pocket which she pulled out twice. Two girls talking about having a bad day. Not all employees were like this but the girl who laughed about just making someones drink wrong also made mine. It didnt taste like it usually does from other places. I guess what bothered me most was the dirtiness of the place.

I feel like a customer at Cheers (yes the old t.v. show). Where everybody knows your name. They are extreaty kind, know my drink, & are the best Starbucks Ive been to. I prefer this one over any other. The one in Target Washington, MO has a very rude employee and even though it is a lot closer...I WILL, AS THEIR EMPLOYEE STATED, "ENJOY MY DRIVE TO WILDWOOD TO GET MY DRINK MADE RIGHT" Since Washington location couldnt get it right. Love Wildwood :)

This place is the best Starbucks I ever visited, The manager went way way way above and beyond service to see that I hot my correct drink, New years eve, after 7 pm. I hope I am correct with his name , Greg. This guy deserves much kiddos and a raise. I owe him the biggest thank you for making/correcting my experience there so awesome!

A terrible experience went inside to order , waited 20 minutes for a coffee and sandwich. Had to ask someone where my drink was after 5 customers after me were served, all they care about is the drive through people for the money you pay I EXPECT MUCH BETTER SERVICE. WILL NEVER RETURN

This is the Starbucks closest to me and I swear, out of 10 visits, theyve gotten my pretty basic drink right one single time. Theres only ever one car ahead of me so its not like theyre crunched for time, at least not in the afternoon when I go.

Waited 5 mins at the counter, while 6 people working just were talking to each other. Not helping other customers This locations customer service compared to kirkwood is horrible

Its okay. Its still a Starbucks but it was a bit colder and impersonal when we went through the drive thru; however, I guess thats fair since we decided not to go inside.
