After purchasing an eliptical from Play it again Sports in Springfield MO, the unit began to make a screeching noise. I contacted the store not expecting much help, but they sent a service tech out to fix it. After tearing it apart he found the noise to be internal and unfixable. The store replaced the machine with the newer upgraded model even though the one I purchased originally was the floor model. The store employees were very helpful and quick to take care of this problem.

I had a an experience with one of the employees that had some pretty bad customer service skills. But Mike the manager called me and did a great job talking to me and taking situation to the employees for training. I will be back to give them my business again.

Went to the one in Springfield Missouri and these guys are AWESOME! BROCK helped us pick out just the right glove for our son to play baseball with. Their prices are better than others and their customer care exceeded my expectations!

Great place to pickup many different sports items. Had a recent experience that they really looked out for some items that were stolen. They are doing the right things to gain customer loyalty.

we where just in play it again sports in Joplin mo. and asked if they would be interested in sponsoring a girls softball team. They told us they will only sponsor boys little league teams.

Over-priced when compared to online use sporting equipment. But I guess if you need something the same day it may be your best bet.
