Took some games in to exchange, just some old 360 games and told them Ill take whatever I can get, so they gave me the receipt and my cash, got home and looked at the receipt, they CHARGED ME TO TAKE SOME OF MY GAMES, like one game sold it for 2.50 but then they charged me 2.50 to take it so they took my games and I didnt get anything for it, this happened with like 3 of the games, I didnt make a huge fuss cause it wasnt that much cash but hey thats a couple gallons of gas. VERY DISPLEASED with this location

I had the awesome pleasure of working with Alex today! He was a very knowledge guy and helped me solve and issue with my amiibos! He thoroughly educated me on the Nintendo Switch to the point I felt comfortable pre ordering one online! He was a lot fun fun to talk with as well! Store manager Dave and associate Justin were very helpful. Had a hiccup during the checkout process and was accidentally double charged for my purchase, but they quickly took care of the problem and were very apologetic and friendly about it. Ive gone to this location for years and Ive never had a bad experience. Everyone there is awesome.

I recommend going here only when there is a deal on trade-ins or new releases. Their used games can be good prices, but usually they are still just a couple bucks cheaper than a new game. Trading in games without having a promotion is going to be slightly more beneficial than throwing the games away.

Found what I needed at a decent price and the customer service was great. The price of the games range in price from 8 bucks to like 65 dollars, just depends on what game ya want and what game platform you have. If ya want to join a membership thatll bring the price down on some of the games.

I bought some games from the gamestop website that arrived and wouldnt install onto my xbox one. I brought them in with the receipt and they said they were going to charge me for exchanging them. Charge me to exchange something they sold to me that was broken. Completely insane.

The only thing that kills the rating for this location, for me, is the staff. The store is clean, organized, and in a great part of the city. A few of the employees are actually nice and helpful but the rest make you feel like youre wasting their time.

This Game Stop has a really big floor space thank God, its not cramped and crowded like most Game Stops. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. Theres a larger selection of toys and clothes to pick from too.
