Ive been to this Sallys quite a few times and every time I have an awful experience. The district manager, manager and employees are always ready to give out bad customer service. Every time I go in theres a new staff, something must be wrong with management! This time I went in to return a few items and was treated very rudely. They would not return my items and blamed the computer for the problem. I asked it they tech support and they didnt answer, they just said to come tomorrow. Tina and Jackie didnt want to help me at all, my time didnt matter to them. I left very mad. I decided to try another Sallys because I didnt have the time to come in the next day. They returned the items with no issues and she was very friendly and helpful! That was the one on Creve Coeur on Olive. Im never going back to the Clayton Sallys.

I was given good and helpful attention. Maybe it was a good day. Im forced to color my own hair now due to economy. The young girl was helpful and knowledgeable.
