Dont trust this place! I ordered flowers online to be delivered, paid for the flowers and the delivery, and got a confirmation. The day that they were to be delivered, I received a call from Katie informing me that they did not deliver to that area. This surprised me since I had specified the delivery address and had a confirmation that they would be delivered to that address. She told me that I could either pay an additional delivery fee so that they could find someone to deliver the flowers or cancel the order. Since I knew it would be too late to find someone else to deliver that day, I told her to go on and charge me the extra charge, even thought I did not think it was fair. I then asked her to confirm that the flowers would be delivered that day as confirmed earlier, and she wouldnt even give me assurance that would happen. Basically, the confirmation that I had meant nothing. They werent able to deliver flowers in a timely manner, but they certainly didnt waste anytime in charging my credit card. To make it even worse, Katie was extremely rude and acted like this was my problem. She said she was the owner and if so, I find it hard to believe that she can stay in business.

I highly recommend Coleman Florist to anyone in need of flowers. They are amazing at doing the arrangements and getting them out on time, even when you call at the last minute which we should not do. I always order my moms birthday and Mothers Day flowers from Coleman and have for years! Now that I do not live in town it is much easier to call and place the order over the phone and the flowers always are fresh and look AMAZING.
