Im working with the ladies from Pretty N Pink right now for my wedding in June. The experience there so far has been so impressive. The three women there are so sweet. They let us come after hours to meet with us and do a free consultation. They made me feel like I was a part of their family. They stayed late to go over anything and everything we wanted to discuss. They let us see all the flowers we wanted. They are probably the most inexpensive place youll find anywhere around baton rouge/denham area. They have seemed to have a really good eye for what looks good, and a talent for what they do. They seem to understand all of our ideas, and know what were envisioning. Well see after the wedding, but so far, so good. I would recommend them to everyone. If you dont live close by, it is worth the drive.

I truly cant believe how far this place has fallen from where it use to be. The store front and merchandise is outdated. They are very overpriced for the poor quality of work that they offer. And the horrendice level of customer service offered is still mind blowing to me! In all my 11 years in HR management and as a busines owner myself I have never encountered such low quality customer service or any individual grown woman as rude as at this florist! I strongly recommend her attending some CS training courses on how to communicate with clientele. My family (total of 10) have been loyal customers of Pretty-N-Pink for over 28 years now. NOT ANY MORE!

Hey im lance corporal shirley i thought it would be a great idea to send my girlfriend some flowers, so i did what any illiterate computer user would do....i googled it. I was looking for a place in our town and i herd of pretty-n-pink, but never got anything, well ive been away for awhile so i decided to get my girlfriend flowers, i called them up(very friendly)and very well on prices AND delivery. well i saw the picture of my girlfriend and the flowers, and it made me smile....they were perfect, i would recommed to anyone. thanks LCPL/USMC SHIRLEY K.R.

I ordered flowers for my mom and they called to say they didnt have the exact flowers but they could still do the lavenders and pink. I said that was fine but when it got to my mom it didnt come in the vase I ordered, which was the whole reason I ordered that specific one. I called again to ask about it and she said they didnt have that vase. Im upset that it didnt come up when they called me and they did nothing to help when I called to ask about it. Id rather order from someone else further away than deal with these people again.

The owner, Mrs, Janice was so helpful planning my wedding. My bouquets were gorgeous and her prices were way better than any other place. Mrs. Janice is so patient and takes her time answering all of your questions. My family and I have done business with them for years and will continue to do so!
