Went in for a quick dozen roses for my wife. The person who was working on it kept delaying to answer the phone and help phone customers while two other employees sat at a table reading. But the worst part was the insistence of entering all my information into their computer just to take a credit card. Check my ID. Thats all you need, and dont tell me storing my data in your system is for my protection. No... Its for you, and I should be able to pay with my credit card without surrendering my data for perpetual storage in your system. Its against your agreement with the credit card company. I can handle having some lazy employees, but this is company policy that puts customers at a lower priority than the company. Youve lost me as a customer for this.

My bouquet was so AMAZING!! Walter Knoll only did my bouquet because the Conservatory does their own flowers, but I wish I could have had them do ALL my flowers!!! I have been to a lot of weddings in my time, and my bouquet was so wonderful, so gorgeous. It was huge and weighed as much as a basketball - LOL - but it was packed with gorgeous flowers they helped me put together and they did not skimp on anything! I was a little worried when I ordered it since they had lots of "sample" pictures of typical bouquets they could do, but they were not bouquets they had actually done. The end result was I was BLOWN AWAY by how much BETTER my bouquet looked than any of the "sample" pictures!! Have them do your flowers. They are worth every penny.

My daughter took the day off to drive in to St. Louis, and had an appointment (made a month or more ago) to meet the designers to discuss her upcoming wedding. Epic Fail... they called her TODAY after she had already taken the day off, and driven into St. Louis, only o tell her that they "double booked" the appt. and that "they had other things they had to do today" and cancelled our appointment. We were disappointed and disgusted. #notrust #unprofessional #noeffort #lookelsewhere #feelin bad

Zach is great! Everytime Ive met with him for my wedding he has been very patient and friendly, I also felt like he understood my vision for the day to a tee. The store always has the most beautiful smells when I go in there too. Not to mention after running around town for quotes, Walter Knoll was the best quote I got. Im excited to work with them on my wedding day!

i went in to pick two dozen roses and was surprised of the state at which the roses were...they were the exact opposite of fresh....i would recommend driving a mile to Dierbergs and get better and fresh flowers.

Just ordered a birthday arrangement by phone with a discount code from Walter Knoll-Florist found on the Internet. I was informed they had no discounts out there. False advertising. Might not use them again.
