When I saw the negative posting above, I had to write my review of this Washington landmark store. Our town wouldnt be the same without Hillermanns. Sandi is a remarkable community person. The staff is extremely well versed in their product lines. Yes, there isnt always a "greeter" at the front door. But, if you have a question, they are more than willing to take a hike to the very back lot with you if necessary. My favorite helper in the store is Doug in the Service Department. WOW. Talk about someone who will HELP you! Give them another chance...you get what you pay for at Lowes...

What a GREAT Place!! They have so much variety and great prices too. Truly the best customer service, they go the extra mile no matter what your needs are. No matter what season it is you will find the largest selection of gifts, flowers, decorations, funeral choices etc. truly an amazing place. Stop by today to see what you are missing. Believe me they will fix you up with whatever need, gift idea etc. that you have. Washington is so lucky to have you be such a large part of this community. It feels good to support a local business who gives back.

I visited them for the first time before Christmas, and loved it! The place was decked-out nicely for the holidays, as well as offering the full line of plants and gardening supplies. Wide selection and friendly staff, and their seasonal evergreen ropes were priced well -- one rope would decorate a lot of space! Some of their merchandise is priced a little on the high end, but this nursery should certainly be on the list of places to visit for anyone living in our visiting this area.

I grew up in washington mo and my mom LOVED everything about flowers so we spent TONS of time at Hillermanns! Now that I live 4 hours away, I still use Hillermans to order flower arrangements for my grandma every year! I wouldnt use anyone else. The online ordering is super easy and theyve made some special accommodations for my orders. They are FABULOUS!!

Hillermanns reputation in Franklin County is second to none and it is well deserved. Their staff knows all there is to know about outdoor landscaping needs and questions. I bought a blower from there a few years ago and will go back for all future outdoor product purchases as well.

Everyone at Hillermanns is very knowledgeable. We needed help with reseeding our yard as well as redoing our front floor bed and Dave was very helpful with both. The sod we purchased looks great! They were also very helpful with learning to grow blackberries.

Love this nursery! I can find everything...birdseed, floral arrangements, landscaping decor, trees, vegetables and gifts. The selection is wonderful and the staff is so knowledgeable. They host many events too that are fun for kids and adults.

I was in your nursery today and saw at least 6 employees, retail is hard enough but NOT one person spoke to me or asked if I needed help. Really think that saying welcome and come again would be appropriate in your business.
