I used Mexico Road Florist in 2012 for my wedding. It was my one and only regret with all my wedding choices. I shopped around and got estimates from other florists besides mexico road florist but Karen(owner) promised me great service and describe my flowers exactly how I imagined them. She was my most expensive quote, but we decided to use her any way because we really thought by the way she spoke she would give us the best flowers for our wedding. The day of my wedding no one from mexico road florist showed up to pin on the groom, groomsmen, or fathers boutineers and she never delieverd the roses for the mothers ceremony. Which was VERY upseting to have to skip that part of the wedding ceremony. When I confronted Karen about the pinning of the boutineers she said that was my venues job and that the mothers roses were not in our contract. EVERYTHING she messed up on was most definantly in the contract. The worst part of the whole thing was my centerpieces. We paid a lot of money to have full short and tall centerpeices. They were sadly the first thing I noticed when I sat down at my own reception. They were VERY VERY bare. In each vase there were a couple flowers and a couple twigs. They were horrible and very embarrassing. It seemed as though we had went cheap on our flowers when in reality we picked our highest quotes in hopes they would be amazing. I HIGHLY regret using this company and unfortunately will never get to redo the day or my choice of using them. Brides beware, PLEASE do NOT use this florist. She will promise you a lot but will NOT deliver (literally).

Something Changed I have used these people before and was every delighted. I called to order flowers and they took my number to call me back. I figured they were busy, 2/14 is coming. Previously, I was able to give my order immediately. I called again late the following day, after no call back, only to be told they would need my number to call me back, again. I told the lady who answered the phone that my number was taken yesterday. I said, if you dont want to take my order now then Ill find someone else. She said "Ok then" and hung up. Very disappointed.

I used them for 3 of my 4 years in High School for Homecoming flowers and Prom. Every time I would come and pick up the flowers, they were wilted and half of the petals fell off just getting them out of the box. The flower was droopy as well, which led me to believe that they were not cut that morning. If it happened one time, that would have been understandable but it happened the 5 times I went in there.

My daughters wedding was this past weekend and Mexico Road Florist was the florist I chose. They did the most amazing job! Flowers were delivered on time, they were perfect, and the bouquet filled with Holland roses was the most beautiful amazing bouquet Ive ever seen. Thank you for making her day so special with this creation! You are now my only source for flowers! THANKS!

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENTS.. Karens and her staff went above and beyond our expectations on my daughter’s wedding day. Even with temperatures in the high 90s every single arrangement could not have been more beautiful and fresh. I have worked with Mexico Rd. Florist for years and have never been disappointed.

Got a dozen roses for Valentines Day, on a Monday, and they were dead by Friday. They only give a 24 hr guarantee. REALLY?? I do not recommend this place to anyone. Roses should last at the least a week! The entire arrangement is dead. I even attempted to change the water. POOR SERVICE!!

My husband got me a dozen roses from Mexico Road Florist and they are absolutely beautiful! I work at Bommarito Nissan in sales and everyone that walks by has to stop and see them. I have spread the word to all the guys I work with to buy their next dozen at this florist!!!

I came into Karen S shop, I really didnt know what I wanted I only had a color scheme. She provided her expertise. The BOUQUETS AND CORSAGE were out of this world. So beautifully designed. I received so many complements. I will definitely use her again
