I have shopped this garden shop several times for live plants & have never been disappointed. I have gotten several really nice flats & mixed foliage baskets, which have been healthy & well fed. I did have one problem recently, where I had ordered a large birthday bouquet for my mother. The bouquet did not look like the style I ordered in the least, & was not arranged with the expertise I had seen in previous visits to the shop. The customer service was a saving grace when I had called to politely complain the bouquet not as ordered. She immediately apologized & asked if she could remake the bouquet & resend it. When I declined that option, she then asked what she could do to make it right. She took a percentage off the purchase that I felt was fair & correct - after all, they did make a bouquet & did deliver it on time. My vote is great on plants, & a work in progress on cut florals. With customer service like that, theyll be winners in my book.

I purchased a bouquet of lilies for my wife and got stems that had no open blooms yet. I was told they would open in a day or two. After a week they were still unopened, and had withered. When I told them what had happened and asked for a new bouquet they were unhelpful and refused to give me a refund or new flowers.

They were incredibly friendly and helpful. My order was very last minute and they went out of the way to help me out. I did some shopping around beforehand and they seemed to have the best prices for the best quality. Will defiantly use them in the future.

Parkview Gardens is my go-to florist. Their designer, Bren, is very talented and creative. The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional, and so willing to help. Plus, their roses are the best and the most fragrant.
