I started going to The Upper Cut when they first opened. I literally have not purchased meat from anywhere else since then! I love that I can trust the quality of meat that Im feeding my family; you can taste the difference. I like that I know how the animals were cared for and what they were fed; and it feels great to support a local family farm! The owners and staff are always so friendly. The prices are very reasonable, sometimes even lower prices than the lesser quality (in my opinion) meats at the grocery store. The quality is worth the price, regardless. Try them out, you wont regret it!

Wow! This place is the best. First of all, hands down the best sausages in town. They are a must! We also went in and got a pork butt and the butcher cut it fresh, to the exact size and weight we wanted. It was absolutely one of the best smoked pulled port butt we have ever made. We have already gone back for more sausages and will be back soon to try some chicken and chops. So glad you are here in Liberty!

The Upper Cut has amazing, quality products. I love everything Ive tried. My personal favorites are the smoked pork chops, Akaushi hamburger, and the mignon burgers. If you havent tried the Akaushi beef yet, you need to! It has an amazing flavor and does not disappoint.

I wont buy steak anywhere else! - That akaushi beef is mouth watering (heart healthy with the good monounsaturated fats (MUFA).) AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE MEATBALLS!@#×$ - 60% beef / 40% pork.... NO BREADING!

Hands down the finest beef we have ever eaten. Akaushi ribeyes are the most tender, delectable piece of meat. To think it is raised 14 miles from us in Gallatin, Mo. Thanks from Hank and Tanks Bbq.
