I have only been once as I typically am not in the crossroads early enough to stop before work, but I happen to stop on Saturday during the ice storm this past weekend. this was the best thing I did all day. The cinnamon rolls are delicately touched with sweetness, with just the right amount of cinnamon. But even more, they were beautiful works of art, hand crafted to a blossom swirl with a shiny glaze that did not harden the top of the roll, but accentuate the glory of the artistry. So awesome. They almost didnt make it to my staff at the hospital. Also, I love that this is a husband/wife team and that they just bring their sweet baby to work so she can be apart of their masterpieces. (oh, and I have the cream cheese pastry too...dont get me started on how perfectly tasty that was). The worst part about this place is that they are closed on my way home from work or we would be enjoying these almost daily at our home. I guess the other worst thing as that I cant pick them up easily on the weekend as i am not usually downtown. If you decide to try them...and you should, you wont be disappointed.

This has quickly become one of my favorite bakery and coffee shops. Ive tried several different baked goods and have loved every one. I like the coffee and espresso they have available. And, to top it all off, the people who own and work at the shop are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent pastries and lovely coffee! Ive tried the cinnamon roll and the sticky bun thus far, and they were both incredibly good - the perfect balance of flavors, not destroy-your-molars sweet. The latté and chai were both perfect accompaniments to a sweet morning treat.

First time stepping into Brioche. Everything we tried (coffee cake, croissant, pecan roll) was soft, flakey, delicious. I would love to go back and try more. It looks like they rotate what items they make daily so youre always in for something new to try.

Ive lived and worked in 26 countries and this, hands down, is the best pain au chocolat (aka chocolate croissant) Ive ever eaten. Amazing. Do yourself a favor and try their pastries. (I am not responsible if you end up addicted and fat)

The almond croissant is the best! I tried the almond croissants at the Filling Station (very good, but too big) and The Other Cup (not flaky enough). The croissant at Brioche was the perfect size and very flaky!

The place was very nice, the pastry was yummy, delicious, and fresh. I never tasted something this fresh. The family is very polite and friendly. Brioche will be my favorite Bakery now.
