If you want excellent and quick service provided by an exceptionally customer service oriented person, do not come here. Girlfriend was hungry for a brownie, settled on brownie shake. Went to Sonic because we assumed itd be fast (normally other Sonics are, this was our first visit here). Pushed the button, 30 minutes go by. Pushed button again, 15 minutes go by "What can I get you?" .. "Yea we just need two shakes on the fly please (I ordered some peanut butter shake, she ordered a caramel brownie shake)." 30 minutes later, shakes come out. Peanut butter shake has no peanut butter. Caramel brownie shake has no caramel... or brownies.. it just had little brown specs of what looked like rust or something in it? Tried both shakes, plain ice cream with ??? in them? 30 minutes to make 2 shakes that werent even what we ordered. 10/10 would recommend to an enemy. How can you suck so bad at something so basic? We want $15? Machines please take over this operation.

I never had problems before in this place, I know we are all humans and can make mistakes, but when you ask for fix it and then they make it worst it really makes you mad. I asked for 2 order of the combo #3 SS Dbl Bacon Cheese Burger. I paid for that and when I come home I find 2 orders of the #2. I HATE PICKLES !!! thats why I never ask for #2 I called the store they said they will fix it. They took the sandwiches and just added bacon on them, even when I told the person, I am taking the time to drive back because I HATE PICKLES and even when you take them out it continuous tasting like pickles. They said they gave me new fresh fries it was the first time the fries was horrible, not fresh... TOO BAD !!! I will never buy here again, Only thing I have to give credit to them is that they gave me 2 coupons for their mistake, but I would prefer my order made fresh again instead of the coupons.

I went by after work one day during their dinner rush and ordered a shake. I sat and listened to music while I waited and before I realized it twenty minutes had gone by. I was about to press the button again when the manager came on the line and said "Excuse me, are you still waiting on your shake?" I said yes , and they began to apologize profusely. They were very busy and my single drink had gotten lost in the shuffle, but she stepped up and took care of it, credited my cards charge back, AND gave me tokens for free soft drinks in the future, without me even asking for any of it. I know mistakes like that can happen, but how a restaurant handles that kind of thing is one of the things that will keep me coming back. And go back I will.

If you come during peak hours, yes its going to be slow. They serve full menu all day long so if you want you can get a breakfast sandwich with a chocolate shake if you want. Ive rarely had issues with this location. Ill stop by for breakfast occasionally around 06:30 on my way to school and the food is always hot and fresh. Ill grab shakes here with my friends after 20:00 since theyre half off and its a pleasant experience. Sometimes the wait is long, especially if the drive through is full. But thats just part of going to this kind of restaurant in a semi busy area.

The service here is horrible. If you go here make sure you check to see if all of your food that you ordered is there because they are notorious for not giving you all of your food. I will never go to this fast food restaurant again. The food there is super greasy. I had ordered Jumbo popcorn chicken and when I got home and looked at the jumbo popcorn chicken I noticed that it was half cooked. I gave this 1 star because I had to in order to post this otherwise it would receive none.

Waited 20 minutes for the cashier to acknowledge me, and then she tried to pass over me, but the guy behind me refused to allow it. It was already 10:30, and she served a Whopper to the guy in front of me, but then told me they were transitioning from breakfast to lunch, so I had to wait another 20 minutes if I wanted a Whopper. Went down the road to Sonic instead. Cleaner, better service and no attitude. The problem with bad service is the bad customer reviews it earns. BK? Dont bother.

Sometimes they are fast, sometimes slow and every once in awhile super duper slow...... All that aside, what bugs me the most is how sticky, trashy, and unkept the exterior is. Trash everywhere, gum cigarettes, straws, ketsup packets etc... ..........On the ground outside of the drive thru window is unacceptable. Almost as if its never been cleaned before, the cement is black from stuff spilling on it Im sure it has, just not for a longtime.....

Why does this place even have any stars? They are horrible. I do not really eat fast food but I did want a slush during happy hour. With that said, why does it take 10 to 15 minutes for a slush to come out??? Their carhops are oh so ghetto. They are rude and constantly running around playing with one another, cursing or even outside by customers cars smoking. REALLY SONIC? Who does that??? Oh thats right, this sonic does. No bueno.

Horrible all the employees were standing out side not taking any orders on 3/14/16 @945 pm every one on that shift needs to be fired. Its a shame that these people want 15.00 hr for doing nothing but standing around hanging with their friends holding conversations that doesnt pretain to their job. Sad that theyve proven the stereotype of lazy to be true. Sonic needs to revamp and re hire.

The worst place in Kansas City mo the employees are horrible they all was eating something and on their phones got the order wrong three times standing around instead of working no gloves on this was the worst fast food experience never in my life will I go back to that place the manager included he was doing the same thing as the employees smh just terrible

Most of these reviews make you all sound like brats. "Fast food" doesnt mean you get your food right then. I went here for the first time tonight, they were understaffed and it took about 10 minutes for my order. But a woman named Jasmine was working her butt off trying to keep up with all the orders. Give people a break, theyre not perfect.

Terrible! I ordered a plain chicken sandwich. I reiterated this twice. What do I get? A regular hockey sandwich. I sent it back. Then they bring out the SAME sandwich, just scrapped the toppings off leaving the nasty sauce, the wrapper was still ripped from when I opened it! NOT At all satisfied. They consistently screw up my order

They really pissed me off, ordered my usual chicken strips with a side of Buffalo sauce. The lady at the window must have been to lazy to get it because she said they dont have it already in a container to give it. What?? Idc if u have to get it yourself and pour it in a container yourself. Thats your job!!! I just sped off.. ugh .
