Through my researching the customer complaints list just got way too long and the business just lost track.After time had past a group of individuals has not only hurt the restaurant, its hurt the hardest ENTIRE working wait staff in the WORLD!! A Carhops job is by far the hardest restaurant work in its field that is why its turn over rate gets killed. It makes it harder for the management to hire and can hurt fellow employees also, so when this happens our work schedules are figured on a daily. By daily I mean the workers Carhops/cooks call the store everyday or the night before to see if they are working. The restaurant does try I mean come on half prices during certain happy hours even the shakes are half off after 8 at night until close!!! Honestly Sonic shouldnt have taken away its old ways customers buzzing through the drive through and not even waiting for the order to be re-red or taken and getting to the window without a receipt. I even tell the best carhop that not even shes a robot, we have lost a lot of our streak but the truth will only hurt us both. Service people and the people. I was forced to Quit by my management and boss with in my 3 month return to working with Sonic Drive-In Never had such a problem before ever in my work history with thefranchise although this store#3477 has had a huge turn-over rate since I have been employed there. I am not taking back the written attack on us complaint but am saying or just wanting to say WOW!! Wrong store to defend, I was however in there defense and as far as losing not only me but many other good hearted employees its absurd. In my recollection I recall, 13 employees that have fired left or quit. I only rate my experience a 3 because of the people not because of the stores drama in employee history tracking its just unreal!! I did however have hope for my Sonic while I was employed there, it was a wreck, after the audit, the store being closed for cleaning and bug bombing, in regards to it being closed down. I needed my job is what I am trying to say and it was known, cant understand why I was pushed so hard? Verbally and was told my replacement was already hired, I had done nothing except my job and the day I quit was a sad one.

THIS PLACE IS BEYOND HORRIBL.!!!!! Tried this place plenty of times and every single time they never get the order right. Today specifically they qerent busy had 8 people outside obviously not worrying about the only 4 cars that were ordering food. Sat outside in over 90 degree weather for at least ten minutes or longer....all my husband and i got was a sorry and still didnt get anything we asked for....either retrain your workers or hire new ones because the incompetence at this location is ridiculous. Update 08/24/17 First of all, Id say 80-90% of the positive reviews are fake. Secondly expect this post to get bigger every time I go to this location. The order was simple. 7 corndogs (50 cent day), Lrg Tots, Ft. Long Coney, and 2 Small Fries. Long story short, the order comes out 4 mins later but no corndogs. Thats half of the order. They ask if the order is correct on the screen but dont check it before bringing it to you. From this point on Im recording every transaction and posting it online.

When I hit the button to place my order, they never great you with a friendly voice and seem to want to rush you with your order. I stopped here because I was getting the shakes. This is just my body warning my the I need to get food in my or Id pass out. Otherwise I would not have stopped here. Ive had bad experiences in the past where I had placed an order and paid cash but didnt get any change back. The guy assumed I was giving him a tip. I told him no, the change was not his tip and expect my change at time of service. I never received my change nor did management at the time do anything about it. I do not recommend this location. Management needs to be replaced as well as all workers.

We dont usually come to this location because there is one closer to our home, however, we stopped here on our way home because it was on the way....and it was a BIG mistake: the kids meal and one drink was missing when brought out...the fries and tots were old, chewy, soggy, and cold, and worst of all, when we got home, we noticed the the seal had been broken on our sons milk and it was half empty. Our two year old was the only one who ate his dinner because the hot dog looked decent and was actually warm. We love sonic but will never return to this location.

You guys get a big F from me, there will be nobody there and still takes forever for you to get your food, oh and this is the kicker an employee pulled up got out to walk in and his ASS was showing so you can keep your nasty store and employees cause that ruined my meal.. I have complained about this store before so I guess this is my fault cause I keep going back..... My last time!!!!!! Like I said worst store in Kansas City

The cashier told us it would a 6 minute wait for wings. Once we got our order and got home (we dont live more than 6 minutes away) it was cold, not even a eatable cold. We were told to wait so our wings could be cold? And on top of that they gave us the wrong flavor wings for both orders, the order was correct on the receipt but not when we got it. The only thing they probably did right was give us some mints :)

The most disappointing experience Ive ever had: - Toughest room temperature left over tots and misclenious food items -- I paid for a large, got a medium - I ordered a $5 chicken sandwich with lettuce and TOMATO then got the saddest $2 chicken sandwich with mostly mayonnaise and scraps of wilted lettuce DIDNT GET MY CHANGE BACK. Keep the change, buy yourself a new crack pipe!

I recently went to this Sonic about 9 in the morning. Hit the call button and waited about 5 minutes. Hit the button again and waited another 10 minutes. There was an employee working, but no other customers. Finally I just left. I guess they dont want my money. Other times I have been here and the service has been very slow. I have never had this problem at another Sonic location.

Anyone thats saying the service is quick and that they are friendly is either lying or came at the right time. This is the closest Sonic to me and 8 out of 10 times it is slow service and the staff is best compared to warm fizzless coke. Honestly they need either new management or new staff because Im very tired of the service at this location.

We ordered two meals. First is a bacon cheeseburger. Wanted it plain with only mayo and ketchup, still came with everything on it and no ketchup. Ticket does have the order right. Second was ultimate meat burrito. Everything in this burrito was old and not fresh at all. We thew both our meals away.
