For Now I am going to give this place just 3 Stars, reason being is I only had 2 cookies.. (yeah I know 2 cookies is no where close enough to give a proper review).. Walking up your greeted with the wonderful smells of a bakery, and it was extremely hard to go next door for a sandwich first.. (next time we will skip the sandwich and go straight for the cookies).. Instead of walking in and seeing various cookies or treats you see a wall of boxes.. the Cookies are in the corner crammed into a SMALL Display Case ...Seriously let the cookies have room, it is after all a COOKIE STORE.... Since we had never been here before we asked the girl working the counter what was good and she said that her and her roommate were on a diet and therefore didnt really eat or like the cookies.. Hmmm not a good start... The cookies we did have were the Oatmeal Raisin and the Snicker doodle. both were soft and tasty... good flavor texture and size for the money. Wish I had bought a few others to try but we had an event to get to and did not want to carry a box of cookies around.. Plus now it gives me an excuse to go back and do a in depth review.. !!! Cookies I am Coming ..hang on ..I will be there soon!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive heard good things about Insomnia Cookies, but so far Im not impressed with the service. I ordered cookies to be delivered to a friend as a surprise this week, and when she wasnt home that evening, I called back another day to schedule a time when I knew she was home. I was told the cookies would be delivered ASAP (around 6:30 p.m.), and they still werent there three hours later. After calling back to see what happened, I was told there was a mistake and they thought they were delivered but they had not been. I was promised the cookies would be delivered right away (9:30 p.m.). The cookies never arrived, and my friend never received a phone call. Today, I called customer service again to find out what happened, check the cell phone number, etc., and there arent any notes about what happened. Ive postponed the delivery until Monday, and was told Ill have to call back on Monday to confirm. Ive never had a cookie from this place, but it seems like they need a better organizational/delivery system if they want to keep their customers.

Bummer. I loved baked goods - I make my own but would love the convenience of a place like this. But real baked goods. Super sad when I saw the ingredients - mono and diglycerides. I dont eat this. Soy lecithin, potassium sorbate as a preservative, natural and artificial flavor, vitamin A palmitate?...completely unnecessary. Whats wrong with just using real ingredients? Sugar, butter, flour, chocolate...thats whats in real cookies. These are CHEAP fillers and I will take a huge PASS.

The last 3 times I have been here they were out of all of the bigger cookies. Youre a cookie shop...how can you be out of cookies?!?!?! They service is horrible everytime we come in and today we just walked out. Again, no large cookies available and someone yelled from the back that they would be up front in a second and they never showed so we left. There were 7 other people waiting in front of us. Looks like the franchise owner needs to get more involved with their business.

Terrible experience trying to send cookies to the great staff at KUMC. The major issue is we could only order from their online number which is in Pennsylvania. They were short/smart ass and said they couldnt insure our name was on the order!!! So we called customer service to complain. They could care less. Did even ask for our name or order #. The order we may or may not have placed was over $200. Will never use again.

So the cookies are actually good. However the late night customer service is terrible. Apparenty their staff thinks its funny to make fun of customers. I witnessed the staff lie about a bill to a customer who was probably drunk for their own amusement. Needless to say its extremely unprofessional if and dishonest and myself and friends will not to say I and all of My friends will not be going again.

The only reason why I ever go to Insomnia Cookies is because Doughnut Lounge is closed when I want to eat something sweet in Westport. The cookies are undercooked to make them really gooey, but they lack flavor, and are overdone in sweetness and sugar. The ice cream is OK. Ive been a couple times with groups of friends and no one has ever exclaimed how good the cookies and ice cream taste.

Every time I go there, they are out of cookies, I just went and the people were rude and did not talk, the only thing he said is we are out of deluxe cookies, all they have is 2 cookies in stalk and normal ice cream, nothing special, one time after told there out of the 3 cookies we want the girl told us the owner is busy with other stuff and doesnt really take care of the place.

So my husband and I got the triple chocolate cookie, two for $6.53.The Only positive about the cookies is that they were warm. It looks like a lot of chocolate but I didnt taste chocolate at all. Even the cookie part itself had no taste. Dont waste your money. Go to Walmart get a pack of Toll House cookies 12 for $2.50. Ur welcome, in advance!

I agree with the majority of the ratings that the service is lacking. My friend and I were helped by two people, one was hilarious (the cookie grabber, ice cream scooper); the other one who worked the register was incredibly cranky and not really helpful. However, the chocolate chip cookie and ice cream I had was bomb!

Every time I order Insomnia Cookies for Delivery it takes literally over an hour to get them. The cookies arent warm anymore by the time they reach me. This is not the first or second time that it had taken me this long to get them either. Dont think I will be ordering from them again.

The cookies were a decent size, but horribly overpriced. I have a bunch of friends that rave about their cookies all the time on Facebook. I expected a larger variety, but the only type of cookie they offered with nuts was macadamia. The snicker doodle that I got was hard...

Oh my this place is awesome. I am so glad I accidentally found this place when I was trying to find the hospital in the dark. Most certainly will be back!!! I had chocolate chunk, peanut butter and snicker doodle (and some extra to take home but doubt I will share, LOL)

The employees here are SO RUDE! I understand they were busy when we came in- but we didnt deserve to get looked up and dont and blatantly judged while we ordered our cookies. Quick service and good quality as always but I was very upset with the quality of service.

Delicious cookies but the worker was extremely rude to us and the other customers. He refused to welcome anyone or speak and continued to church his cell phone the entire time. Very disappointed with the service. Thank goodness the cookies were good.
