Whenever i am in K.C., i visit Bob Jones Shoes! It is almost perfect! So many shoes, boots, purses, sox...major brands at a wonderful discount. Plus, you get to try on the shoes, unlike ordering online. The staff is helpful if you need help. Generally, you peruse the isles, find shoes that appeal, find the stockings to try on the shoes. Stools, & sofas are available throughout the store for trying on your choices..plenty of mirrors, also. There are also incredible sales! This is probably my favorite shoe store! Wish i lived in K.C.

My guess is that this place a problem with theft. My fiancé and I stopped by to look for a few pairs of dress shoes for him. We were in the store for a good two minutes before one of their many "salesmen" started to follow us around. He was never more than a few feet away and even asked to take the shoes we were purchasing up to the register. This made me very uncomfortable--enough for me to tell my fiancé "lets just go." We wont be back.

Walked in and the clerk standing in front of the store looked me in my face, but did not greet me - not even a smile. While the people behind the counter spoke, I received the same look-me-in-my-face-but-remain-silent non-greeting from the 3 (!) clerks in the mens section. That was a HORRIBLE customer experience. Ill stick to spending my money with people that value my presence.

Love, Bob Jones I find shoes that are comfortable and look really good. Im hard to fit with high arches and narrow feet. My kids are all hard to fit for other reasons and we all find shoes here, even my son who wears a 12 1/2 AA! They have a card that you get stamped with each pair of shoes you buy and after 10 pair you get a $50 gift certificate!

Lots and lots and lots of shoes for men. The womans dept had a small amount of shoes compared to mens. I didnt see any size 12 and up for is ladies that have a big foot. The largest I seen was 11. I was bummed because there were numerous cute shoes that I would have bought.

Really great service, nice folks. I have spoken to them and I have ordered online. They called me and helped me out, Im in N.C. and was so lucky to be able to find a boot I could not find anywhere!!! Im keeping their info for future shoes/boots.

Bob Jones was DSW before there was DSW. Its also the only "warehouse" shoe store that stocks at least as many mens shoes as womens. Pay close attention to the selections that are marked down lower than the stores usual sale price.

Cant say enough about this store!! Found 2 pairs of VERY hard to find shoes here (online), and I received them amazingly fast!! Also, great prices, communication, and customer service! Im looking forward to shopping here again :)

Locally owned business that has the best selection of shoes and more for Men and Women! Bob Jones Shoes has been in Kansas City for many years! You will see why they have been open all of these years once you walk into the store!

Good shoe store if you need a wide selection of supportive shoes. They do not stock anything in wide widths. The staff is friendly but will not help with fittings. Pricey for a place that doesnt provide full-service fittings.

Yes, the selection is great but God help you if you have a return and have lost your receipt. They will only issue a store credit which they hope you will forget you have and they get to keep your money. Caveat Emptor

Went here for the first time in the 23 years Ive lived in KC and couldnt believe I hadnt been told about their massive selection of mens shoes. BJS will be the first place Ill shop for shoes in the future.

I had a pair of sandals that had a broken latch after less than two months. They exchanged them no questions asked! The staff was friendly and very cooperative!
