Great Customer Service, the Staff Really Spent the Extra Time with me to make sure I could help reduce the pain in my feet, my sales rep was Bill who took exceptional care of me along with Luis .. I started to develop Planter Ficiaitis it was very hard to walk. My father in-law took me up to the shop to look at shoes to help reduce the pain at the same time get me walking properly with a new arch support. We purchased 2 Pairs of Shoes along with an orthotic they fitted me for after studying how I walked, as well how hard I stepped down and where the pressure areas are when walking using an ink board to help identify hot spots. Anyhow it has been since August 10, 2016 and my walking shoes are still the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned and the pain is getting better. I would highly recommend Comfort Plus Shoes to others :)

Salesmen reeked of smoke and coffee breath which made me sick. When I asked them if they could examine my daughters feet, test and advise on foot condition and shoe options they acted like they didnt know what I was talking about:"what do you mean test? " It was a difficult process to get started and I sensed strong resistance and a condescending tone. Finally after they do review her feet, measure them and stamp out the framework they provide a summary which hardly made sense and they seemed to contradict themselves. Then they recommend inserts and shoes with a total bill of nearly $300. With a better experience I might have been willing to consider the cost but I decided to walk. What a waste of time.

Horrible experience. Ordered shoes 2 weeks ago. They called my mother to let them know they ordered the wrong shoe and would have to try it again.. now being told they wont have them til November. NOT HAPPY. I need shoes now not gonna spend $160 on a pair of shoes that arent what I want. Update: I was able to order the shoes thru an online site. Save $20 plus taxes. Couldnt be happier now. Theyll be in in a week. Sorry.. you guys lost my business of 5 years because of this one.

My chef shoes got stolen and i called stores all over the kc metro area not finding what i was looking for. When i called comfort plus their friendly staff helped me find and size the birkenstocks i needed over the phone, and all i had to do was go pick them up. Will definetly be back in again. Mike (the guy what helped me) knew exactly what he was talking about and even recognized the shoes i wore in and reccomended other shoes like it that would work for me.

Went to the store because I had read about a shoe that they carried and wanted to try it on. I took maybe 5 minutes of the sales persons time, it was a thong not a lot of effort had to be expended to help me. I decided that I did not want the shoes. He asked me why? Then he said, let me know when you are coming back and I will have cake and coffee for you. I like to buy local but not in this case. Very rude and for no apparent reason.

Found what I wanted, price seemed OK, even after agreeing to two upsale items. Got to the register and BOOM, suddenly shoes were $30 more than quoted by salesman, according to the SKU. Store owner would not stand up and agree to lower price, saying someone must have moved the price sticker on the display from another shoe. Cancelled the entire sale, left the store and hope to never come back. Salesman was a gem, his boss a jerk.

Very pricey. Went here a couple of times, and was disappointed both times. The sales people try to cultivate this aura of being shoe and foot experts, but they are essentially a bunch of slick salesmen who constantly try to upsell you . . . and Beware! They give out advice on foot care based on what they want to sell you--It seems like in reality they actually know very little about foot care.

i had a really bad experience whit the salesman . i tried to buy my shoes that i wanted. he was so pushy whit me trying to sell me another shoes style. i never come back to the store.

Not the best Experience. Assume salesmen are working off commission selling whatever they can instead of what the customer really needs.
