Came in to exchange sizes for my daughter that were on hold. I tried to get the attention of two associates both ignored me. I had to stand at the registers in line behind four customer just to ask for the shoes to try on. After finally obtaining the shoes. We went to try them on with my young daughter. Still not happy with the way they fit I decided to check out their childrens clearance isle to see if they had different options than the other store. By this time my daughter was getting restless because of the extremely long wait to even get the shoes to try on. When we were on the clearance isle it was in a far corner of the store all of a sudden everyone was wanting to help me. Up until this point no one even greeted us or even spoke to us or even asked for help. All of a sudden I am in a far corner of the store which by the way that isle is a dead end to a fire exit door and I had a sack of paid merchandise from their other store to exchange now all of a sudden its important to talk to me. They made me feel like they didnt trust me instead of actually being of assistance. Will never visit this store again ecspecially with a young child.

They carry children sizes too unlike near by DSW. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Sometimes they lack selection or sizes but you can order the size you want in store and it would be delivered to your address for free.

Its a shoe store. It is extremely clear that the employees are trained to be attentive and make you aware of any sales (in case youd missed one of the 400 signs). A staff member was happy to help look for a particular size.

Fantastic collection of mens shoes. At the time of my visit I could not find a sales associate. After waiting/shopping for 5-10 minutes I decided to cut my losses and come back another day.

I had a very complicated return involving a ship to home pair and another store. They went ABOVE and beyond to help out. I have managed a retail store and was so impressed. Carol was amazing!
