Try the Walking Company FIRST! I have plantar fasciitis AND osteoarthritis. I had searched in vain for shoes I could reasonably and comfortably wear with a dress to my sons wedding. Not optimistic, I stopped by The Walking Company because I was intrigued by a curved sole that was advertised there. Within 30 minutes, foot wear consultant Onishia had me fitted with a very comfortable and attractive dress shoe, had shown me the added relief possible from both foot sleeve and support sock, and allowed me plenty of time to try on the shoes, walk around in them, and ask questions. I have worn them two evenings and already my feet and knees feel better! After the wedding, Im going back for a pair of tennis shoes. This experience changed my walking life for the better!

Bought my husband some very expensive shoes at Oak Park Mall. We purchased the water protection for the shoes that the salesgirl suggested. Apparently the stuff she suggested was not for this particular type of leather. I used it on the shoes, and it ruined the shoes. I took them back and was able to get a refund, but if your purchase is over $100 then they mail you a check.

The staff was very knowledgeable about Dansko shoes and was helpful in selecting the right fit for me. My husband went to pick up a pair of shoes I had ordered at 7:30pm and they had already closed but they opened up for him and were so nice about the whole situation. I highly recommend shopping there for your next pair of shoes!

They have a great selection of shoes but the service was very disappointing. People who walked in after me were greeted and offered help but I never was. I tried to ask one sales person for help, he promptly went back to helping other people. I ended up leaving without trying on a single pair of shoes.

Needed a new pair of shoes for work and just happed to be walking by The Walking Company on my way back from lunch. I needed a new pair of Ecco shoes, they had a pair I liked with a nice sale tag on it. The salesman was helpful, bought my new shoes and was out the door in less than 15 minutes.
