Went in to find some running shoes and was ignored for ten minutes. It wasnt for lack of staff. One was chatting up a security guard, three or four were hanging around the register doing a whole lot of nothing. There were a couple others that were actually assisting customers. But even they couldnt bother to let someone else know we were waiting. We got frustrated and left. Walked up and down the plaza realizing there werent other options for running shoes at that hour. After going back in it was clear we were going to be ignored again, so I asked a girl by the register if I could get some help and she motioned for, what Im guessing was the new guy to help me. Apparently she couldnt be torn away from whatever was going on on her phone. Other than not being able to find hardly any shoes in my size this guy was actually very helpful. So thanks to him this place gets a couple of stars.

They received no kds after specifically calling to ask if they were in and got a confirmation they were. After i get there to find they didnt get the shoes in. I go through 8 different pairs before I get to one that has my size. Bad service, long wait for them to bring the shoes from the back.

Definitwly not the best footlocker experience BUT the selection is great & considering there arent many footlocker locations to choose from in the core of Kansas City this serves a purpose. Customer service could have been A LOT better, I MEAN A LOT!
