I had one of the Worst experiences ever in my life with this store.I went to return back my Mobile device since it had a hardware problem and I called both ATT and the manufacturer.The mobile manufacturer told me that I have to ship it to his warehouse in Texas.I planned it to return it back at this store and get a full refund.When I went there,the greeter told me that I have to wait.I waited for around 18 minutes and then a women shows up asking me whats my name? I told her my name and then I realized she doesnt know the entire process of returning.She was constantly asking this guy who greeted me and the guy in front of me was telling her " did she meet 14 day period return agreement?".I said to both of them "It does meet the 14 day period and I came a day before as well but since I dont have the id with me,I came on the last day(i.e., jan 7th 2016)".I came one hour before but the greeter kept on telling her this is her last day and what if the store closes.I am a customer here and I made it to the time and the day of return as well.What is the problem with both of them? Please do your job instead of saying things like this.The women who was assisting me asked him whats the thing called which is used for scanning? (She lost it) That guy said its called scanner and pulled it out from the other agent in the store..For gods sake,you should understand how they are trained to keep forgetting the basic equipments name..And then they asked me for the id and took my card and roamed around and came back only to my dismay to find that I would be paying them a restocking fee for the return which is 35$ and they will be returning me only $8.43 which was a quite shock for my life because neither of them mentioned about the restocking fee.Then I told them I want to keep the phone if I had to pay the restocking fee which is aroudn 35$ and I said am not going to sign and cancel this transaction.Then the greeter guy told me "first SIGN on this transaction,we can reverse the transaction by calling the ATT"(He knows for sure that the signed transaction cannot be cancelled..He was playing a game to get those 35$) .He called ATT and said this transaction cannot be undone.I trusted his words that the transaction can be cancelled and signed and now he got back to me by saying if you want to buy new phone,buy now.He called the guy who sold the phone and asked him if i was informed of the restocking fee and that guy told the truth that I was not told of any restocking fee while selling the phone .Those 35$ are my hard earned money and you shouldnt cheat people like this by giving misinformation.This store lost all my trust and good will with ATT so far.I called ATT customer care to report the service that I had at this store and that lady told me if anyone of them tells that I was not informed of the restocking fee,I will get my money back.After the game which was played on me by the greeter and that woman,I for sure know that they will not tell to ATT customer care for the fear of loosing their job.I want to terminate my service with ATT further if they continue to hire aggressive people like the greeter and not well trained people like that woman in the store who doesnt even know her devices properly.I would rather go with other good will companies like Tracfone or Sprint but not again with ATT.This is one of the stores I would avoid for the rest of my life.Both the Greeter and the woman who assisted have not told about the "RESTOCKING FEE" and they cannot make believe the customers for something which they cannot do.After all the misinformation,they will say its "MISCOMMUNICATED" and If I want to buy a phone from them,I can go ahead and buy.All they want is money but not customers.Please dont sign on their agreements and documents with the misinformation by trusting them.User please beware of the ill-traned people who will ill-treat their customers.Please dont go to this store as they waste both your money and time and they will watch tvs on att network and forget the basic devices and give you all sorts of misinformation.

Please dont go to this particular att corporate store.All they want is money and they dont care about customer service.They dont even provide complete information about purchases or any transactions in their store.The att customer service agents dont have knowledge.There is a women who works on sunday and she doesnt know anything when assisting her customers.She will forget her stuff and ask the greeter for everything and both of them jointly will give you misinformation and will make you pay more.Please dont waste money in this store.I strongly suggest you.The agents there are not properly trained.Very Bad Poor Customer Service.Very long lanes and they even hate to work after 4:00P.M on Sunday and I dont know why they keep their store open until 5:00P.M.Please dont visit this store.Usually the reviews on any other att store would be 4 or 5 but here its 2 something because of their poor quality customer service.They tell lies and they dont know the entire process because they are so poorly trained.I strongly strongly suggest Please dont go to this particular store.I lost lots of money on poorly made device which had the bad hardware ever and while returning they didnt even mention about the restocking fee and its absolutedly unethical.They will not accept their faults and they have no chance to grow ever.Very poor quality service,Please dont go to this store.I lost around 2385 rupees for their poor misinformative service. Please Please dont waste your hard-earned money on this store.Buy phones from a different store where the customer service quality is good.

Signed up for the "Next" plan and prepped myself to be ready for the upgrade by getting the best OtterBox they had for my S6. During normal use on my phone the glass covering the camera lens broke as it was the only part of the phone not covered by the case. Camera still works at 100%, didnt think it would be a big deal as that little piece of glass maybe cost ummm .50¢. Boy was I wrong, not only does that make my phone unavailable for a trade in, the staff of this location would not make any exception or even try to resolve the issue for me. Basically all I got was "we cant take it sorry" or from the mgmt "we cant take it but if you have insurance you can pay $180 to have the phone replaced and then another $80 to trade it in". Hmmmm $260 to upgrade? What a deal! As an employee myself I not only understand policy but that when little things happen we should try our very best to resolve the issue for the customer. I feel that both members of the staff I dealt with basically could care less about me and my issue as they put 0% effort in to resolving it for me.

Every other AT&T store in the metro is awful. This is the ONLY ONE I will willing choose to go to. Everytime I have been here, the wait has been minimal if non-existant, the staff is friendly courteous and knowledgable and they always are able to assist me whether its a new line, a phone upgrade or fixing an issue. I have had unbearably horrible, rude and unprofessional experiences at almost every other AT&T store in the KCMO/KCK area and this store in my opinion stands out as professional champion amongst the rest of the losers. In regards to the other reviews about them not answering their phone - THIS IS TRUE - but I have never been able to get an actual kansas city associate on the phone at any of the local stores. I always end up talking to someone at a call center and they tell me the store is too busy to answer. That being said every single time I have gone to this location the In-Store support and service has been stellar.
