Constantly closing 30-45 MINUTES earlier than they are supposed to. I believe Charmaign is the new manager she is absolutely disrespectful! As well as the very skinny girl with the burgundy hair. Its always filthy the floors, the shelves. The employees always have lines winding around the aisles because they are either, gossiping, playing with each other or they are occupied on their CELL PHONES WITH CUSTOMERS IN LINE. Its trashy its ghetto and so are the employees. They also have a new policy that states if you bring a purse into the store(without your consent) they are checking inside "just in case" you steal something. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN! ASAP!!!

The store is trashy, and things are NEVER where they are supposed to be, the employees are rude and dont do their job. My daughter tried to buy a toy that she picked out and really wanted, only to find out they discontinued that specific toy, so they couldnt sell it to us. If they did their damn job and went through the entire store to makw sure they got all the discontinued items, they wouldnt have got my daughters hopes up. I will NEVER go back to that store, and it is right down the road from my home. I will drive 5 miles out of the way to avoid that specific store.

Worse store I ever been! Terrible customer service, manager with No knowladge, bad attitude, and no aptitude. They really forgot are a store and act like customers are only criminals. I went to a different Family Dollar and way, way different, they even smiled at you! But not this one.
