The in-store representatives were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she went over and beyond to help me. Surprisingly enough when she called in to speak with a rep, they were mean and nasty to her! Kudos to Kilo. The problem are the customer services reps you talk to when you call in for an issue. After several years of being an at&t customer, we are seriously considering moving to another provider. Deplorable customer service, completely unacceptable!
