I came in the middle of the week because I worked night and part of the weekend and purchased ideas for 3 Birthdays ie two grandson and my mother 3 days in a roll 18th 19th and 20th I didnt have a coupon because it was the middle of the week and it was hard shopping because the sales were 40 % off after you buy so much other stuff and only if.... I dont like that kind of. And I dont like the jewelry sales the you have to buy 2 or more before you get the sale price. Its getting too hard to figure out all that. I just want something on sale without have to go through all that. I barely shop a Macys because they have $10.00 off then you have to read the fine print because it "select stuff" you can use the coupon on. I hope Pennys never does that.

Return policy stinks. Received Levi Jeans for husband as Xmas gift. They were purchased off Internet and did not come with gift receipt. Went to exchange and did not have his size. So went to just return so I could order online again and get correct size. But without receipt they would only give me a credit for $8. They had all the tags on them including the price tag, and they would only give me $8 credit to repurchase the jeans. What a rip-off. Are they going to resell them for $8. No! I would have been OK with the most recent sales price since I didnt have a receipt. But that wasnt even an offer. Total rip-off.

THEY HAVE VERY HELPFUL EMPLOYEES AND THERE RETURN POLICY IS WHAT I EXPECTED I GOT SOME BOOTS FOR WORK . WORE THEM FOR A WEEK THEY MADE MY RIGHT LITTLE TOE SWELL UP THE RIGHT BOOT WAS SMALLER . I WENT IN THERE WITH OUT MY RECEIPT FOR EXCHANGE THE MAN BEHIND THE COUNTER REMEMBERED ME AND TOLD ME TO GET ANOTHER PAIR .NOW THE BOOTS I RETURNED HAD OIL SPILLED ON A BIG PART OF THE LEFT BOOT AND THEY STILL HAD NO PROBLEM. THATS HOW I TREAT MY CUSTOMERS UNLIKE WALMART THEY SCREWED ME IN THE PAST THATS WHY I GO TO JC PENNY GOOD PEOPLE

We were doing some last minute Christmas shopping, looking for the perfect gift for my wife. I found it here ! We got a super soft Liz claiborn hat and scarf for a super deal. JC Pennys has really stepped up their game in the last few years. The store was impecable clean and the staff was VERY helpful.

Never ever buy an appkiance from this store. They changed delivery date without asking uses an outside company for delivery.we were left on phone 45 minutes then got hung up on twice when we tried to resolve issue were told it wasnt their problem and could never reach the delivery company.

I like JCPennys.. They are a great store for the whole family Its close to my home and I especially like it because it keeps me from driving to a mall that is too far for me to drive to. Staff is helpful and friendly. They also have coupons that make it nice for the extra savings.

I dont go to JC Penney a lot but this one seemed to be short on employees. The layout was a little confusing too. The employees that were there were nice. The best thing about this location is that its not in a mall, so you can get in and out faster and parking is better.

Was passing through on my way to a funeral. I had no dress shirts packed. My wife called ahead and they had two shirts in my size. We got there just after closing, but as there were customers still checking out, they let us in to buy the shirts!

The sale sign said 40% off. Get to The register and clerk says oh thats only if you spend so much or you can but 3 and receive a discount. I didnt want three and the sales are not what they advertise. Done with Penneys.

Their were two ladies working the fine jewelry department today. I received excellent service from both of them! It is my daughters 50th birthday this month and they were so helpful! Im very thankful for their help!

Pretty typical store for the chain. It has a flat layout, I like the multistorey layouts you find in mall stores.
