Used to go to this place all the time until they started charging so much for their items. ITS NOT CHEAP TO GO TO GOODWILL ANYMORE FOLKS. I mean EVERYTHING up charged. A lady told me one day that they arent supposed to charge more than 3.99 for target items. Well there was an item for 8.99, and even 12.99. Will stop going to goodwill and at least my items wont be used when I pay that much for them. I have came in and wanetd items multiple times now and left empty handed because I get to the register and my item is more than it typically would be. ALL THIS PLACE CARES ABOUT IS ITS MONEY AND THATS CLEAR.

What a joke. Clothes are not separated by size. XS next to XXL etc. And kid clothes are all lumped together too, so infant clothes are mixed in with preteen clothes. What a waste of time. How hard can it really be to organize by size? You know youll sell a lot more that way, right?? There was a Plus Size section, where I found a bunch of sz 10-14 pants. Plus size, huh? Hire some people who know how to SORT. Also, your prices for old, broken, dirty toys are RIDICULOUS.

Staff is friendly to the customers for the most part and mostly their prices are fair, but there have been a few times Ive been in and caught managers making some really inappropriate remarks to their employees. Today I went in and you could hear a guy yelling at one of their better employees for his choice of vehicles. I mean really? So much for your, "Core values." What a bunch of assholes. Your employees deserve better.

They dont separate the clothes by size but this is not the only Goodwill in the area that does this. The one on Manchester Rd is the same. They have a nice selection of things but this place came off kinda dingy to me. Merchandise was strung everywhere with numerous items off their hangers and laying on the floor

Ive had both good and bad experiences here. Most of the time the staff has been very friendly. Whether or not I find a "treasure" is hit or miss, of course. It all depends on what has been donated and put out on the day you visit.

This goodwill had a good amount of furniture which is what we were looking for. The furniture was really nice, which also meant it was pricey.
