Went to Kmart in Florissant. I ordered a Futon online to pickup there in the store. I went to customer service, there I got the impression the lady wasnt happy with her job. Showed my ID, she called someone on a walkie-talkie, they brought the futon up on a cart a walked away. No one asked or implied wether or not I needed help. So I took it out myself put on my truck, so I thought what if I were someone who needed help ,what wouldve happen? So I asked Ms I dont like my job. What wouldve been if I couldnt lift the futon. Her answer was we wouldve gotten you help (so much for customer service ).This person also appears to be a boss of some kind.

Purchased a set off faux wood blinds. Clipped a coupon in the Shop Your Way Rewards app which took 15% off plus I had some points to redeem. That part went very well, but the problems came in the checkout line. I felt like I was in Wally World the lines were so long! I have to say, though, that this was a one time experience with the long lines at this store and they did have as many checkers as they could. They even opened the jewelry counter for checkout.

The store is always overly messy, even by Kmart standards, and the staff are rude and unhelpful. There were also cockroaches running around the store including one that ran out from underneath a toy box when I moved it. Seriously...cockroaches in the toy department?

if i could give this location negative stars i would. Employees are beyond lazy and dont want to help. Customer service is terrible. I will never spend another dime at any Kmart. I see why theyre closing down and have no customers. Terrible location.

Was accused of purchasing a fan and bringing back a different one 10 minutes later will not return for any reason every 1 star review of this store is extremely accurate dirty store rude employees and not knowledgeable at all

Long check out lines and they only have 2 open usually. Prices are never marked on items and most sales associates are rude. Overheard two complaining about working there in front of customers

I had a horrible experience today. My layaway was lost so I had to shop for my items. Well of course I couldnt find the items I had so Im not happy.
