They treat their employees badly. They lie, they take advantage of them, they make them work doubles open to close by themselves with just one person, they dont give raises when they have been promised and now they are forcing people into a new all over the place schedule and if they dont agree to it, then they knock your pay down significantly with no warning. They were told on Sunday afternoon 10.2.16 that they had to take the new schedule or else. They had to give their decision Monday morning 10.3.16. No day cares or schools are open on Sunday for you to call and try to arrange anything for a new schedule they are forcing you to take in less than 24 hours. It is a strong armed bully move that puts high stress on the workers with children who have to arrange pick up and drop off of their children, for a crazy schedule that is different every week of the month. How is anyone supposed to get any solid plans in place for child care and transportation for their children, when they are telling you the schedule will be different weekly? Then if you dont agree to the new schedule, they reduce your pay, hours and status. There is nothing Family Friendly about Family Dollar. We are taking this to the Labor Office, because this cant be a fair practice for any company. Workers have rights! I will NEVER shop at Family Dollar ever again.

Wish i could give em a negative review. My wife tried to return a toy drone that my daughter bought me for Christmas. It was open when i got it out of the package. Yet they not only refused to accept a return nor did they exchange for another. So needless to say im not in any way, shape or form happy with this company. I will be taking this to corporate. It is a shame they have to be royal asses over a matter of $35 plus tax.....

I Left CREDIT ID cards and case here when afternoon shift let me use phone.left in a hurry I LEFT case with personals.. Called when GOT home ..huh, cant imagine.. dont know anyrhing about your missing ID cards ..call me if find and return my personal items
