The lady in the fitting room was rude and unhelpful. I went to give her items I didnt want to purchase and she moved away from me and said "oh just put it on the cart" ...what happened to customer service? Im use to them at least taking the items you cant take into the fitting room until you are ready for them. Also handing you items as you give items back so you dont have to get fully dressed to go and get them. Not a pleasant experience at all. Ive been to other burlington and if there was an attendant in the fitting room they were definitely nice and helpful.

I love this location! Especially compared to the south kingshighway location. Much more organized, friendly staff and cleaner. Lines arent ever that long. Plus its a lot less crowded. The cashier Brittany had great customer service helping me with my layaway. Im much closer to the south kingshighway location but coming to the Kirkwood Is worth the trip.

The store is messy, the employees have zero sense of urgency and are rude. We waited in line for 20 minutes with only 1 person ahead of us and two employees behind the registers. There was no apology or even a simple greeting. I will not be returning.

Big mess inside store , all sizes are on wrong hangers , very bad organising. Hard to find second pair of shoes . If you looked your size , your size will be in different size section.

I picked up a layaway. I was happy with the way the cashier took of my clothing. She complemented me on my choices, that made feel really good about my purchases.

Better than the location on christy. Its so trashy there. But this location has a variety of different items and a better enviorment.

Terrible customer service. Be prepared to wait in line for half an hour every time even though there are always 3 or 4 registers open.

Didnt find what I went in for.... Very limited selection of bedding set. But I found a purse and some wall decor for good prices.
