I wish I could write a good review for this establishment, however I cannot. In the beginning we were treated like royalty. My sister ordered her wedding dress and we ordered our bridesmaids dresses and all was well. When it was getting closer to the wedding the guys went in to get their tuxes and many things went wrong. Colors were wrong, sizes were wrong, prices were wrong and the guys suspenders were never ordered... it was a mess. Accidents happen and I understand that. However, as a business you need to be able to fix the problem. Instead of apologizing and fixing the problem, the groom was blamed for the mistakes. It was his fault they measured the tuxes wrong, it was his fault they wrote the wrong colors down and it was his fault that things were not ordered. If you want to run a successful business you should never blame the customer for anything. I work in sales and that is rule number one. Artizta Bridal really does have beautiful dresses, but the service is unsatisfactory. If you are looking to buy a dress I would highly suggest staying clear of this store. *I do appreciate the owner of this store for getting back to me. My husband and I received the exact same response on our reviews. Again, the issue was ours. If there was an issue with getting the tuxes as early as we did I wish we would of been warned. Or a simple phone call to remeasure the men would of worked too. And the groom did not get the color vest he wanted. He wanted grey on grey and he settled for grey on red.

Unfortunately, I cant write a good review. Upon first entering this establishment, we were treated like royalty. No sooner than we signed the contract and made a payment, we were treated like second class citizens by the owner, Asma. Its painfully obvious all she cares about is the bottom dollar, not helping you have a wonderful wedding. The dress colors were wrong. One dress was taken in too much (she tried to tell my friend she gained 4 inches in 4 weeks and basically called her fat!) when in reality they cut off too much to test the dye for the dresses! You cant even tell the dresses were dyed from their periwinkle (spring time) color to a gray (fall time) color. Oh and lets not forget the expensive alterations that ended up looking like a child did them. I would never recommend this place. The only saving grace was Mindy. Very sweet young woman who seemed to actually care but it was obvious who was calling the shots...

I manage relationships with local and national businesses as part of my job in the non for profit world. I work with minors whom have been sexually trafficked and my organization provides them a home, a positive experience and an education. When Asmaa found out that our girls needed dresses for an event we are having she went above and beyond in helping us find those dresses. We have girls with full figures and I am happy to say they found a myriad of dresses that fit them well. Asmaa ended up donating over 120 dresses to our organization. Her attentiveness, willingness to help, and attention to all the details was beyond reproach. Thank you Artizta for helping us help our girls!

So the bride and groom paid for half of the groomsmans tuxes (around $65 a piece) and we still had to pay about 120 to get our tuxedos... Thats not half lol.... Then upon pickup I personally was not fitted properly and got the wrong sized pants, we received the way wrong color for the vests, another groomsman had a parachute for a shirt, and the groom had a tiny pair of pants....Overall very unsatisfied with this place and they need to get it together...I feel like after the bride and groom have decided to go with these guys we were all kinda stuck because no one is able to do last minute fittings.... Otherwise we all would have thrown all this in there faces and left....

Let me just start by saying how beautiful all of the dresses are at Artizta! A girl normally has a hard time finding the dress of her dreams when looking for prom, but not at Artizta! All of the dresses were just too beautiful! Besides the dresses, the customer service was amazing! As soon as we walked in the store we were treated like royalty. Upon arrival one of the Artizta girls greeted me, showed me around, and proceeded to help me figure out exactly what I wanted. In the end I walked out with the most beautiful Jovani gown. Words cannot describe how great my experience was! I will defiantly be back for more gowns

This shop is amazing! Very nice staff, and well kept place! The owner goes above and beyond to make you happy. Extremely impressed. The alteration department can do magic when it comes to custom work and alterations. Tons of dresses to pick from and they are the nicest people ever. I dont really say things like this much, but i was pleased greatly! I would recommend them to anyone! Ive purchased my prom dress here and I will continue to go to Artizta! I had no idea what I was looking for and the staff pulled some dresses for me and I fell in love with one of the ones they picked for me. I love this place.

As a business owner myself, I must say that I am inspired every time I walk through these doors. Customer service is impeccable all of the time. Do NOT believe any of the negative reviews because not only have I had the best experiences but so has everyone that I have sent for prom and special occasions. Aasmaa the owner is so dedicated and giving that she is overcome with joy when she helps you find that perfect dress. To have a dress that will set me apart in a room from others is priceless and well worth it! This is my FAVORITE dress luxury boutique! Thank you so much.

The first time I visited ArtiZta I was looking for a homecoming dress and let me say ever since that first visit I found all my prom dresses next. Let me say the customer service was amazing Asmaa was very hepful and always was there to help and make sure I had the dress I wanted. Customer service I would rate a 10 even with the dress itself. They have the best variety in Jovani which happened to be my first choice always. Would highly recommend ArtiZta for any girls looking for a prom dress!! Thank you again!

Amazing, beautiful selection of formal gowns that I have ever seen in one boutique. The lovely ladies and owner Asmaa were so helpful. I just purchased my 3rd Jovani gown from them! She also tailors it to make it fit like a glove. Literally was told at least a dozen times at the last gala I went to that I had won the best dress for the evening! Artiztas selection is unlike any other shop that youve ever been in. Cant wait to wear my new dress! What a great experience
